After…read more8 years of service, I have had a stolen property claim go unresolved for over a year, had an auto repair done at a 'quality assured body shop' that resulted in cheap repair work that rusted out and required signigicant out of pocket expense. The agency has claimed even after sending me a recent quality assurance document that they do not make claims to te body shops that they 'require' you use. Any time I have called the office to speak to an agent they do not know the history of claims nor services I have paid for. I was over-charged for 4+ years after my auto premium should have been reduced when I turned 35. I would recommend steering clear of this agency, unless you want an agent that will innundate you with paperwork, bureaucracy, and will try to regularly sell you life insurance.

They literally are trying to force me to take my car to some unknown rinky dinky shop just to get out of honoring the full claim. I am now forced to pay double. Imagine if this was a large claim? I used them to get my Medicare and supplemental insurance as well as my husband's private medical insurance through MNSure. Not only did I not get the dental I thought I had signed up for, the agent took my kids off the application under my husband and they lost their insurance! I've spent months trying to correct this on my own which is impossible since it's going between two systems (MNSure and the county) which is why I wanted their help in the first place. They washed their hands of me and surprise! The agent who messed up doesn't work there anymore!! Oh but if you want to rent blow up bouncy houses, he has those.
