We have been long time State Farm customers and have had positive experiences until we transferred our service to Stephanie Fetzer's office. We thought with the high ratings that we would have a great experience, but it was quite the opposite. Our initial meeting was disorganized and they pushed all sorts of policies that we wouldn't need in our current situation. The real trouble started when we needed to adjust coverage or cancel coverage. After calling multiple times to cancel coverage on a vehicle, they didn't. The same thing happened when we needed to switch our rental insurance. I finally called to cancel our entire service through them and they said they had never received phone calls to cancel coverage. The people on the phone are unknowledgeable. Communication at the office must be minimal because they say they are going to do something and they don't. This has happened on multiple occasions when we reached out with questions for them. We have ended up paying way more than we should each month because they won't cancel coverage when we ask. Beware of this office! They also tried to blame their errors on our previous agent, that had nothing to do with this issue...ridiculous! Stay away from large companies like State Farm that talk a big game, this office included! They are not in your corner! Go with small and local insurance agencies! read more
