Horrible experience. Last year on my way to Florida our car broke down on family vacation. It…read moreturned out to be the alternator. They said they would fix it in about an hour.... Finally after 3 bad parts and 7 hours later as they were closing they fixed it... I left and 20 minutes later the car died... They were closed and I had to get To my hotel in Florida and thank goodness for a roadside mechanic. He explained that they didn't disconnect the battery and the alternator broke because of it. Tenneson Nissan charged me 900$ for absolutely nothing. Taking a day from my vacation and wasting my time. I wanted a full refund and they said they would give it but then recanted saying the alternator was broke by the roadside mechanic who removed it. Laughable to say the least. They still owe me 708.03 and I have not seen it yet. Dishonest scammers using ignorance as a ploy to rip people off? I should have charged them for my time and the emotional barrage of saying is "it's done... Sorry another bad part" another 3 hour wait. Then to have them not know how to properly install an alternator. Pretty sad.

A gentleman who put my spare on for me a year ago in a parking curb vs. tire situation recommended Del Toro on Moore Hwy. They solved the problem then with quality and courteousy. This time, they didnt have on hand a set or a replacement for my small size tires. They could have them Monday. I am not local. When I said I would continue looking, Del Toro asked me if I'd like them to put my spare on. I stopped somewhere in between for service. I didn't buy what they were selling. I mentioned the tread that peeled off and the wires sticking out. I said I had a spare but no jack. I left there on a dangerous tire and made it to Del Toro on Carpenter Road. I left Del Toro Tire and made it safely home to other gentlemen I know who will help me get the right repair at a fair value. If i were local, I would be there Monday for my replacemnt set of tires. They gave me excellent advice as well. Thank you Del Toro Tires for your kindnesses and expertise during my distressing day. Definate bright spot.

Del Toro sent it back to the company who would only reimburse me $30. I know the people at Del Toro was not at fault for the defect tire but my complaint is that they did not stand up for me. Finally we called Roadside Assistance and a Hertz and we are getting the car switched out for another rental. They called Mikes Towing and when they came out it was immediately after they received the call. We had to wait on another truck because the one they sent out was to small for us and all of our stuff. They was nice enough to call in a bigger truck and all the drivers was very respectful and honest and very prompt. When JJ our new driver arrived it's like we was all family, He treated us so nice and he was so helpful with the whole process. I recommend these men and this company to anyone. Amazing place to buy a bike! I just bought my first street bike from Tifton Harley-Davidson. I told…read moremy salesman Tyler what I was looking for and he hooked me up! 2014 Street Bob is now in my garage. The whole experience was relaxed, engaging, and included plenty of friendly banter from the staff as Tyler took me around the place to get the deal sorted out. They seemed to be short staffed, like many businesses these days, but the mood was still genuinely upbeat and it definitely appears as though work is getting done. Of Note: Tyler waited on me to get to Tifton from Albany to pick up my bike. The store closes at 6pm and I was able to get there around 5:20pm. Tyler had my bike outside waiting for me to take it for a test spin. He spent as much time as I needed to get me familiar with my new bike. All-the-while, his beautiful baby girl was in her car seat in the air conditioned car just chillin. Now, that's dedication to a job. Thank you Tyler!
