Amazing place to buy a bike! I just bought my first street bike from Tifton Harley-Davidson. I told my salesman Tyler what I was looking for and he hooked me up! 2014 Street Bob is now in my garage. The whole experience was relaxed, engaging, and included plenty of friendly banter from the staff as Tyler took me around the place to get the deal sorted out. They seemed to be short staffed, like many businesses these days, but the mood was still genuinely upbeat and it definitely appears as though work is getting done. Of Note: Tyler waited on me to get to Tifton from Albany to pick up my bike. The store closes at 6pm and I was able to get there around 5:20pm. Tyler had my bike outside waiting for me to take it for a test spin. He spent as much time as I needed to get me familiar with my new bike. All-the-while, his beautiful baby girl was in her car seat in the air conditioned car just chillin. Now, that's dedication to a job. Thank you Tyler! I haven't been too far on my new bike, but it's exactly what I wanted. I know there was some luck involved, but the kindness and hustle of the staff at Tifton H-D made the largest impact. Thank you Jenny for my Bell! Tyler helped me get it attached close to the ground. Thank you Selena for getting me scheduled for Riders Academy! And, thanks to the rest of the staff at Tifton H-D! Every department I visited was a pleasure. Follow up: Saturday 08/12/2023 Got my updated 2014 Street Bob back today. The Service Employees at Tifton H-D did a crazy-good and clean job! My wife has a Wrangler, and there were some sick rides there today; of both the 2 and 4 wheeled kinds. Gave my wife ideas for her ride. If I could, I would give Tifton H-D more stars. Bought my 2012 Trike about 6 to 8 weeks ago and we love it. We have taken a couple of 500+ mile trips and enjoyed it. Learning when we need to plan to refuel and walk around a bit. Learning about rain a what GPS is biker friendly. We both have joined HOG and take part in their challenges as well the Harley Davidson miles ride. I will add that this is our first bike, first Harley, and first Trike. Dealers treat you like family. I feel like I know a lot of the staff by first name basis. They treat you great and are always having events. I am about an hour away but visit regularly. Definitely will recommend them. read more

Ok so this is the first time I ever had service here at HD in Tifton. I went because I needed tires and of course service. What got me there was the price of the tires was cheaper than other places, so I'm pleased with that. As for the service, well I hope it was done, at least all the finger and hand prints and grease marks tell me it was done. When they called and told me my bike was ready, I told them approximately when I'd be there, Dylan said they'd have it cleaned up and waiting on me. I was like cool, it'll be clean too. Well that didn't happen. I would've went back inside and bitched about it but I'd drove my truck to trailer it home since it was supposed to rain and my alternator wasn't charging on my Duramax and I didn't want to waste time Incase my truck wouldn't start so I left. Wasn't pretty disappointed in how my bike was dirtied up, yeah I know I can clean it but damn, I just spent about $900 and when you tell someone it'll be cleaned when you get here, well I guess I expected that. Will I be back for service? Hmm. Truck question. I'm kind of picky about my bike May try the one in Columbus not sure. But highly possible I'll go elsewhere read more

if i could give them a zero-star rating i would i went there a few months ago to trade in my Harley and when i got on the bike to test drive it the back brake did not work at the start of the test drive i informed there sales rep about it he said ok we will get it taken care of when we come back to just be careful today i went to get a new rim for my bike and they brought up the accident and how much the damages were and i told them i was not paying for the damages they said we have it on video were u dropped the clutch and hit the throttle but if you look at the video the back tire came up off the ground because again the back brake did not work or that bike would of stopped and not went over the way it did they only showed the accident but didn't show the part where before the test drive where i pointed to the back of the sales rep bike pointing out the back brake did not work he said ok we will be careful and take care of it when we get back but they didn't look at that part because if they did they would clearly see me pointing at his bike before we started hmmmm....what was i saying uh duh the back brake didn't work then wanted to yell at my 16 year old niece i will be supenoing the whole video from the start of the test drive to the end to prove that i did in fact point out that it was not working which contributed to the bike getting dropped that was not my fault that was the sales persons fault now they trying to come at me like it's my fault and says well we require you to have insurance before you test drive which is a lie because what about ppl who have a license but is buying their first Harley why would they have insurance on a bike if they dont have one uh because they dont have one. you think they are going to ask for the insurance no and why because they didn't ask for mine until after the fact rude asf and honestly yelling at my 16 year old niece wtf horrible horrible place they did do good service in the service dept Tho when i had my 50000 mile done other than that this place is a shit show and frankly watch your kids there because they think its ok to yell and scream at little kids so if they want to try it try it see you all in court if that's what you decide to do but if you look at the video and send me a copy of the video from the time the test drive started to the accident in the very beginning you will see me pointing at his back tire or brake pedal saying the back brake did not work i am a 100 percent disabled veteran they triggered my ptsd like a mf and basically said i was lying funny part is in the video the silver car there was 4 ppl in that car that witnessed me pointing and telling them that to so again HORRIBLE BUISSNESS ANDS DEF NOT KID FRIENDLY luckily i knew when to leave so I didn't go to prison this is the only Harley shop i have ever had an issue like this with funny part is sales rep lies and says oh i didnt say that that i was crazy we will see whos crazy when i suponea the whole video that day then we will see who the liar is!!!and then the guy in service behind the desk said oh im not saying your lying why was that said because they know that brake did not work i will also be subpoena the video from the confrontation in the service dept. read more

Took the Harley Academy Class here. The Riding range markings were so worn that it made the coarse very hard to manage. When the final test came around the coaches would cherry pick certain riders to do certain parts of the test again but would not allow others to try again. We did our final test in the rain as well which made the whole thing an awful affair. If you already own and ride a motorcycle or have experience with a dirt bike, then you will do okay. If you are brand new to riding I would not recommend this place. Good coaches look for weaknesses in a person and take them aside and work with them to improve. This did not happen. We just went from one evolution to the next with very little review time before the final test. read more

This place is clean and the staff are very friendly and concerned about making sure that your experience is the best it can be. "Super Dave" sold me my 2017 Street Glide Special and it took a while getting a hold of the finance company that owned my trade in. What was a nightmare for the both of us turned out to be quite entertaining. The bathroom was so clean that when I went to use it I almost didn't go in because the floor looked wet! It wasn't it was super clean! WOW. I have been to 5 star restaurants that weren't that clean. The whole experience sold me on Harley Davidson and I can't tell you how awesome it was to buy my first Harley Davidson here! read more

Went to Tifton Harley for tire promotion. Mechanic scratched chrome on axle nut covers with pliers. Also left valve stem cap off front wheel.Didn't reinstall axle nut covers properly. One fell off on trip home. Overtightened drive belt. read more

Five stars for the service department - very professional, knowledgeable and quick. Fixed my issue and got me back on the road quickly, and the price was absolutely reasonable. Thanks for the help - Wyoming was great, and the ride from Florida was MUCH more comfortable once you swapped out the mufflers on my Electra Glide. read more
