In March 202 I got installed air-conditioning unit in my bedroom . On the first hot days, I turned…read morethe air conditioner on and went to bed, I found it strange. I was hearing a buzzing sound every minute minute and a half, which I didn't know where was coming from. it was coming from the AC unit so I called and they told me to send them of the sound. I did and waited for a response, and with no response I then wrote them back to ask them what the diagnosis was from the recording. They sent me a team which couldn't do anything to the unit since it was not properly Installe. The tube was placed too high for the unit. The unit was also placed too high close to the ceiling. They added a pump, which was the thing that was making the buzzing sound every minute and a half to evacuate the water which has to be pumped up the evacu tube they placed. They offered me no solution, except if I paid for . And to add insult to they me for the visit have their technicians to come see what the sound was. The installation was not standard to the of the unit. And the attitude of the administration toward their mistake is irresponsible. I definitely don't recommend them.

Plumber did excellent work, company is highly responsive. Plumber was fluent in English. Probably a bit more expensive for us than closer-in firms (we live on the Plateau) since their workers have to drive from their location on Blvd. Henri-Bourassa near A-19 (time is money) but I could not recommend them more highly.
