Including the wood. And the drills and bits. And they have a small classroom setting for teaching on site. It truly was eye opening as a specialty store for the serious woodworking craftsman. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Store was bright and instructive with good displays and explanations for the tools. Several large machine floor models were also present. When I pointed it out to Carlos the installer he said it was standard overhang which were longer than the original estimate. They corrected one of the overhangs but refused to correct the rest. Then Carlos was grinding / polishung the end of the granite and destroyed one of the new cabinet drawers. at first they denied doing it, then admitted doing it but weren't going to make it right and said that it was in my contract to expect damages to walls, cabinets etc. Then Lia told me they're not going to fix anything and I was on my own! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone that expects quality work and customer service! 0 stars.

DJ came out that day and took all sorts of measurements, and made calculations, regarding the grading that would need to be done (our yard slopes) and I had the estimate within 24 hours. I'd had a quote from another company and yes, it was less than theirs, but the person didn't even come out to look at my yard or anything. This company is very professional, very efficient and the team they bring gets on and does what they do, so well. I actually watched them some of the time and they were amazing!
