Try calling GCI customer service any day of the week (no service on weekends) minimum 20 minute wait & you can be waiting for hours. Company is aware of problem, but either doesn't care or cannot figure out how to fix problem. Here's an idea - don't roll out half baked products (ie Yukon TV) until they have been properly vetted. Bad celular coverage in Ketchikan and worse customer service. Most employees, including the tech support people make you feel you are a nuisance.
