The mechanics did a inspection on a vehicle my fiance and I was considering purchasing…read more We based our purchase off what they said upon doing the inspection was quoted with a windshield,tires,and rear swaybar links. We did the quoted repairs but also noticed that they had missed the fact that there was 3 seized brake calipers needed rotors and pads was able to rebuild calipers thankfully. I noticed that the rear differential breather was plugged so I cleared it plus all grease that was forced out of rear axle seal into brake assembly. Got the quoted repairs done plus some that they didn't even make mention of then found out from the garage in by us that a whole new rear end was required as the axle rear passenger was broken. When they was told bout the issue and what was found by another garage they simply said just bring the vehicle back to us and we will do our own inspection again. We have already put into the vehicle the same amount in repairs as what we paid for the vehicle because a lazy mechanic didn't do his job properly and we bought the vehicle under their word of what was needed. Just to find out that there was serious mechanical issues that they didn't see Or even look for Will not be giving a reference to them for anyone

Got a complete brake job done on my vehicle incuding the park brake. Picked it up at end of day on…read morea Friday during my drive home (just a 5 minute drive away) from this business I heard a terrible squealing noise that shouldn't be there after having all this work done. Monday morning brought it back again because I could also smell heat coming from the front passenger tire that turned out to be a bad bearing. Got that replaced. Still got the squealing noise going on to date. So far they said they checked the breaks out and took it for a test run agreed they could hear the squealing but couldn't find anything wrong with the pads or rotors and that maybe it's just something that will go away on it's own over the next couple of days. I gave it time and returned to say the squealing is getting worse and it's there more often than before. So, they replaced the pads under warranty and I had to once again pay for the labour. I don't think that I should have to pay for anything, that was covered under warranty much less the labour. This time they said they discovered something protruding from the rear caliper and the caliper will have to be replaced and to come back on Monday to have that addressed. I'll be back on Monday but, not happy with the service as the calipers were brought to their attention long before this and they said they inspected them but couldn't see anything wrong with them either at the time now suddenly there is something there. I've been going back and forth to this business with brake related issues for the full duration of over 2+ weeks being put off for one excuse or reason or another only to have to return with no improvements to the job they done on my vehicle. It's been nothing but a nightmare for me from start to finish. Monday it's back for a caliper replacement if that doesn't take care of the constant squealing I'll have to look at small claims court as I can't even get the manager there to call me or email me as I've left messages with no response.

I made an appointment for a simple winter tire changeover, which was performed yesterday. After…read moreleaving, I noticed they tacked on a scheduled oil change that was already performed by them on October 24th. I never asked for an oil change for this appointment despite their insistence otherwise. I went back to explain their mistake and get it fixed, but both the lady at the counter and manager both pretty much said "sorry too bad. you signed the receipt. It's not like we can take the oil out of the car". Horrible customer service. Make sure you triple check any paperwork they give you, because their mistakes will end up costing you. Will not be going there again.
