I was very disappointed with the professional way it was handled. I am not a jeweler and do not understand the industry verbiage. One employee seemed too shy to even talk to me and the other talked down to me. Farmers Jewelry is no longer a respected Jeweler in Lexington. She took the time to show us the differences in the diamond quality and allowed us to look into the diamonds to understand what causes internal discolorations.
