This review is long overdue! Geanne has been our realtor during the purchase of one home, the sale of that home two years later, and the purchase of our current and (hopefully) forever home. When I came to the Roseville/Rocklin area to interview for a job, she showed me around the area. This was before I even got the job and before I was ready to look at houses. When I was eventually hired, she spent the better part of 3 days showing my husband and I houses from Roseville to Auburn. We didn't have much time and didn't want to rent, so we settled on a place in Auburn. As we began to realize that, though the Auburn house was beautiful, it wasn't a forever home for us, she was extremely patient with us as we looked at a large number of homes over a period of many months. She truly became a friend as she supported us in the search for a home that would be a long-term great house for us. We closed the sale of our Auburn house in November 2020 and the purchase of our Fair Oaks home in December 2020 (during COVID) and she helped make an extremely stressful time (both personally and universally) much easier to bear. We are very happy and excited to be settling into our new (old) home as we make it our own and perfect for us. We're so grateful for her hard work on our behalf. We would highly recommend Geanne. She will truly go the extra mile for her clients. Keep searching! Geanne Pack is sincerely the worst real estate agent I've ever met. Dishonest and a total lack of integrity. Very nearly caused the deal to fall apart with her antics. Shows up late, will encourage you to buy the first property you see (so she doesn't have to show you more), won't provide comps, will not negotiate the sale price (probably because that would lower her commission), and is just all around unprofessional. To be fair, she is pretty good at coming up with excuses for her failings. I would recommend virtually anyone else over her (even getting your own license and representing yourself would be a better option). She is only interested in getting her commission while expending the least possible amount of effort. AVOID AVOID AVOID! read more

I highly recommend Geanne with ReMax when selling your home. She was so helpful! I was so stressed but thanks to her everything went smoothly. She has people that she's worked with that can take care of every little issue, from paint to landscaping to flooring, clean up and more. She was there when I couldn't be due to moving out of state, meeting with workers and coordinating meetings etc. My house went on the market and sold in the first couple of days with a 16 day escrow! I am going to keep it to a professional limit here. BUT THIS AGENT AND HER WHOLE CLAN IS SHIESTY AF we have recently bought and sold through them! Worst process ever. DONT USE THIS PLACE EVER find anyone else! Every offer got turned down or magically "forgot our contingency" in it. Then they magically wanted more,of course and it all seemed really weird! Everything turned out great for the other people every time. But we ended up being homeless with a penske truck full of our belongs for FOUR DAYS! WE WERE PROMISED this would not happen multiple times! Put 25k into our house we sold (recommendations from them for better price) had the pest inspections REAM us on another 6k in supposed dry rot Then we get into the house we bought to find it INFESTED WITH FLEAS RATS & MICE (not kidding ) that somehow this house passes inspections when our newer one didn't? Rat shit in cupboards FILTHY WE COULD NOT EVEN STAY THE NIGHT They even took the mirrors off the walls after final walkthrough! This was a literal nightmare And were still paying pest control (2k later and a rampant INFESTED home that previos owners new and did not disclose) we now found out we have plumbing issues I know for a fact they worked together to make sure the other people got everything they wanted. You want a real estate agent for you pick anyone other than this woman! (Who was previously a family "friend") how would they treat strangers? *UPDATE* OCT 2016 First rain and guess what roof is leaking! Surprise suprise Inspections from us have laughably found a left bucket of tar on roof (for roof repairs from knowing it leaked) Tons of OBVIOUS dry rot Gutters not on house where they should be And TONS of other issues Talking to lawyer about non-disclosures and can say LESSON TO BE LEARNED ALWAYS HIRE your own inspections NO MATTER WHAT from people not recommended by your agents ! UPDATE APRIL 17 garage is flooding and the neighbors have now informed us the people were living here going through a divorce and had not cared about the house in 4 PLUS years AND MOVED TO SEPARATE PLACES WHEN WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO LIVE IN A TRUCK WHILE THEY GOT INTO " THEIR" NEW HOME BAWHAHAHA EVERYTHING THEY SAID WAS A LIE (proof is everything were dealing with now) Rats inside house Flea tick infestation on my dogs and cat as soon as it warmed a bit (3k in pest control & pinnacle pest has been awesome) Have "carpet beetles" in all our stuff (no joke) The plumbing had to all be snaked because the sinks wouldn't drain and tub backed up... Lifted up cabinets in garage where its flooded proves AGAIN they did not disclose things they NEW were wrong ! (the only thing the losers left should have been a big RED FLAG SINCE they took the mirrors and lightbulbs after final walkthrough bawhahaha) The best part is when the PERSON WHO YOU WROTE THE REVIEW ABOUT WANTS TO HARRASS YOU UNTIL YOU REMOVE IT ! read more

We had a very hard time dealing with Geanne as our real estate agent for our home purchase. She came recommended and we were extremely disappointed by the additional stress she brought to an already-stressful transaction. I did not feel heard or taken seriously during the process. Geanne has now helped us both sell (short sale) and buy a house. During our short sale, Geanne was very thorough and explained the whole process to us. At the time of our short sale, we had a new baby and another on the way. Geanne's thoroughness really helped keep us calm during such a stressful time. Needless to say, Geanne was able to sell our house with virtually no stress to our family. OK, now fast forward 3 years. We decided the time was right to buy again, and my wife and I had no hesitation in our decision to use Geanne as our agent. Geanne's persistency paid off for us as she was able to get us in to look at a house that the previous buyers backed out of. Geanne was very knowledgeable with all of the paperwork, which is to be expected, but she was also amazing at explaining what we were signing. I think the best part about this buying experience was to see how Geanne truly had our best interest in mind. We had some disagreements with the sellers agent along the way with what repairs needed to be made to the house, and we got the sense that Geanne truly cared about our interests and went to bat for us. In a professional way, of course. The whole process we really felt we had someone in our corner fighting for us. Geanne knowledge of the entire process is second to none. She explained to us all of the different forums, inspections, contingencies, and was proficient with what types of repairs should be made. On top of all of that, she had an endless amount of connections within the real estate field, from home inspectors to pool cleaning services. So, to end this short story, Geanne shouldered all of the stress of buying (and selling) a house for us, advocated for us to ensure we were not getting into a money pit, and was readily available to us whenever we needed to talk to her. She even went out of her way to show up at the house when repairs were being conducted to ensure they were being done correctly. She worked very well with our mortgage company we wanted to use, and frequently updated us on the next step in the home buying process. Geanne is an incredible real estate agent and I highly recommend hiring her! She assisted in selling my house in Rocklin. She went above and beyond and worked every weekend until it was sold. Because I live in Santa Barbara, this included going to the house on a regular basis to repair windows, water the plants, check on the pool, etc. She was fabulous and helped to stage the property and even assisted with making all kinds of recommendations to increase its value. My experience with Geanne Pack was HORRIBLE. She kicked out my renters without my permission and caused me 3 months worth of expenses. She upset my neighbors who ended up filing a complaint with her manager. She made promises that she did not live up to. She also did not return any calls or emails within a week of the close of my short sale. The only good thing I can say is that it is over and she of course got her commission. Beware of the "preferred" relationship she has with the bank and double ending deals. Neither of these two are helpful to the seller she represents. read more
