They look great and were very cheap. No more than $10. I can't remember the exact cost. Usually online you'll pay more for brazilian moleton pants. Even when I have shopped in Puerto Rico the pants were no less than $20. I like this store, but its not my favorite Pretty Girl location. Check it out if you're in the area!

They carry a terrific selection of brands, mostly up and coming designers such as Corpus, April '77, Freemont, Just Another Rich Kid, Cassaves and Pudel (to name a few). These are rare brands so don't be surprised if you have to drop a pretty penny or two before leaving with a bag, but it's well worth it for the quality and design of the pieces offered. Great shoe and hat selection as well. Also, they have an awesome little blog that gives detailed descriptions and pictures of what is currently being stocked at the store. She will be totally honest with you on whether something looks good or not and she has very good styling tips! Seriously though, one time I ripped my jean shorts on my way to dinner, ran into Jazz, grabbed a random pair of jean shorts off the rack, threw them on, went to dinner, and got like 80 compliments on them. They also have really good sales here. I got a really sweet leather belt originally over $100 for like $25 or something crazy like that. I can't justify spending on shorts given these don't look like they'd hold up to gardening. Much more suited to socializing wear. Designs are very straightforward, preppy summer styles and light cotton or other summer materials. Bright white and blues. I was in T.J. Maxx earlier and they the same clothes as polo but actually more expensive. Very nice selection of clothes for Men and Women so you're not searching for hours for your size and color. They get new inventory everyday so even if they don't have you can check back daily. I'm not a huge fan of Polo clothes but you can't beat the prices here for quality clothes. I'll be visiting tomorrow and may spend my whole paycheck there.

House of Fashion now sells their merchandise from a home basement rather than a store (yes they have a home sales license ~ I asked) so they are now more convenient to get to for people who live in Staten Island than those of us who live in Brooklyn (but it was actually kind of fun to take the Staten Island Ferry and then the S44 bus there). IMPORTANT ~ be sure to call them at (718) 434-3515 and make an appointment before you go to be sure they are home when you arrive!
