This is the nastiest truck stop I have ever been to. The bathroom is filthy like no one cleans it, the store is filthy, the lighting is dark and dismal. The worse part of it all is that they have 170 parking spots and not a single free spot or handicap spot. They don't even have squeezes for cleaning windshields. They charge $15.00 for parking. An absolutely Nasty place. If the place is that filthy why would anyone want to eat in it's restaurant. Even the fueling area for cars is filthy. Health should shut this nasty place down, I'm sure they have dozens of violations. read more

Have been here many times before. It was nice at one time. I will never stop here again unless I have to. No longer free parking for truck drivers. Only had one person running the counter. This person was new and had no help. She was basically thrown into a wolves den. Stood in line for over 30 minutes to make a purchase. Place has become a shithole. Management and owner should be ashamed of them selves. I wouldn't even given the one star if I had the option. Wouldn't even tell my worst enemy about this place. read more

I didn't recommend this place, it's dirty, very bad attention, they don't have clean baths. There's never a shower available,the person a big white thin woman tells you what you'll take in 45 minutes to have a clean shower, even if there's no people in the line. What does it make sense? Maybe they don't want to clean anything? They don't want to do anything - they don't want to take good care of the client? .por que trabajan allí ? Si no les gusta su trabajo ? I try to avoid this place as much as possible... to put it. Every time I've came here to fuel up my semi in the last 3 years, either the diesel pumps have something wrong with them from broken nozzles to malfunctioning display screens, you never know if the pump will be fast or slow; just about every DEF pump barely disperses without stopping every $0.03 cents - which I've mentioned to the staff and they react very nonchalantly; and when done pumping fuel, the pump does not print out receipt meaning you have to go inside the store and wait your turn in line for sometimes 5-10 minutes to get your receipt, again they are very nonchalant about that. I've never saw the cashiers wearing a mask during the COVID pandemic over the past year nor did they enforce it upon customers. Their coffee station all the way in the back of the store is depressing story to use as their presentation is bland and all the dispensers were empty one time when I went to get a cup of joe. I highly recommend passing this place by for fuel if you can make it to a Love's in either Ellensburg or Prosser. read more

At night you have over 100 truck driver here and only 2 showers can be provided the restrooms are extremely to dirty and way to small to accommodate all these people day time Employees are the best in the day time every time that I've been here at night I'll just say this I hate it with a passion. read more

I don't know why some of the reviews are so terrible. I get the service or food I ask for with a positive attitude from everyone that work there. The showers are CLEAN, my food is served at the right temperature. The only problem I have with the place is some of the truckers are scary up close. read more

Easy to find off the freeway, clean bathrooms and even a restaurant and Subway in the building. Bathrooms were hard to find and an employee needed to guide me to it. Bathrooms were clean, however there was a very small selection of candy and snacks for the road. Being a "truckstop" I expected more variety. read more

Awesome place, Sh*tty staff. It's hard that I'm a trucker, I bust my ass everyday, but I get out of my truck it's like the freaking twilight zone at this truck stop no one is friendly, to start off, I want a shower, I wait at a cashier counter for 2 mins and a staffer comes to counter and acts as if I'm bugging them for a shower, no hi, no what can I do you for, just this "I'm off in 5 minutes what do you want look". Ok, I can deal with that, I take my shower, get a subway sandwich, same service, there's a gas counter and a subway counter, the gas counter has a lady behind it and she YELLS out loud for help for the subway counter. 2 minutes later like jack in the box a depressed chick pops up, friendly, hell no. She seems bugged, no surprise, the worst sandwich I ate from subway, it was made with sadness I guess. Hours later after a nap, subway and the truck stop store is closed, early which I don't get. The gas station mini mart is open, I buy a chocolate milk and once again, a bugged cashier comes to my rescue, I even smile and don't get reaction from her, she just rings me up, takes my money. No goodnight or thanks. I've seen the staff cool with some folk, but I beleive there locals or just have patience for the sour staff. Don't expect much here get your shower and sandwich and walk away, don't drown the sadness of the staff. read more
