I've been a customer for 15years, the best place to wash my cars, and the only ones in town that towel hand dry my cars and if you are a car person you will understand how important that is. I've been going to GTO for years. Usually they do a good job but seems like certain workers consistently do not. Today the guy applying the tire dressing only did 3 tires cause he was more worried about talking with the other worker. Get things like this from time to time. read more

Not sure where the hate for this place comes from. We had an above average experience here and finally got to go through the car wash and were impressed with our experience. The place is on the corner of 1st and Washington, with the entrance off Washington. They've got plenty of options from basic that runs about $8 to more comprehensive washes that are around $15. We got a basic one with our car service at the Ford dealership. The standard "looks like your car is being attacked by a blue octopus" wash followed by a blow dry and then hand drying outside. I found the whole experience quick, easy and just the right price. We'll be back again! read more

Sorely disappointed in the facilities. Staff seemed moderately energetic. The water the used smells like it was filtered through the lower colon of Holstien after getting feed on corn. The detergent used was almost nonexistant I could count the number of bubbles of soap on one hand. While the staff were not through in the prewash scrub the did a decent job of drying the car and adding amor-all to the tires. Definitely not worth the 18 bucks for the full monty wash and wax. I have been going to GTO at least a couple times a month for the past year. I have seen a decrease in their attention to detail...even attention at all. There is a new guy at the prewash that talks more than moves his scrubber. The hand dryers today must have used yesterday's drying cloths because they left nothing but smears on all the windows. More management oversight needs to be applied to get GTO back to it's quality service. read more

These guys are great! I had a bad spill of something on my paint and I haven't been able to go get it buffed and waxed and they have tried multiple times with a multitude of product to help me out! Going the extra mile for the customer, cant beat that. Plus they actually wipe down your rig and windows, they offer tire shine even and FREE vacuums. I also recently went to another car wash in town (Splash by Winco) nice and new and more *expensive* I might add and it didn't even compare to GTO and when I asked them for a rag to wipe down ALL THE SPOTS THAT THEIR CAR WASH MISSED they said it would be an extra $2...GTO is the place to go and I wont be going anywhere else anytime soon! I took my dropped car in for a wash after a long drive. I asked the blond girl if the carwash takes dropped or not. She says "go if you want to Chance it" WHAT!?!? Because my car is dropped I asked for a hand wash instead and an additional charges applied. I was ok with that. But she never relayed the message I had to stop the guy. Some hand wash I still had bugs and dirt. And no tire dressing. The vacuum was great!!! Because I did it. read more

I took my car through the wash, everybody was nice enough and the price seemed reasonable. The car came out relatively clean, but when I got home, i noticed the machine wash RIPPED MY FRONT LICENSE PLATE OUT OF MY BUMPER! This of course was very frustrating, created a bunch of extra work for me and I still haven't heard back from the car wash in regards to my incident. Proceed with caution..... read more

I had a car wash coupon given to me from a dealership after my car was serviced. Seemed simple enough that I would just give them my coupon which was signed with my plate number even on it, nope the guy said that I needed to GIVE them MY paperwork for the servicing of my vehicle. And if I wanted another copy I would have to go back to the dealership to get one. All this for a $7 car wash! I told him no that they weren't entitled to that nor did they need it. He told me that I wouldn't be able to redeem the coupon and I needed to get out of the line. He didn't care that I drove all the way across town, he flat out refused to even help me. Well the dealership is not too happy about this and now they are taking it up with GTO. Only go here if you want to get treated horribly. read more

today was the second time to go too gto car wash and both times was a bad wash job, the first go a lady behind me at the car wash fallowed me to tell me my tailgate was not washed so i looked and it was not touched. today i rewashed at home. both times i paid 20 dollars what a waste, i,m going to tell all friends and foe,s that gto is a waste of your money!!!!!!!! read more

Paid $12.00 for VIP level wash. My car: mid-size sedan (Audi A6). Next day in the sunshine I noted muddy wipe streaks on the rocker panels below the rear doors and the lower half of the rear bumper. I paid cash and can't find the receipt otherwise I would run the car through again. They did do a nice job on the wheels and upper half of the car. read more

$10 for the middle grade wash ("The Essential") which includes a pre wash, wax, and air dry. One surprisingly nice feature about this car wash is the people at the end that hand dry your vehicle too. In addition, they have a plethora of free vacuums to use. My car looked sharp after my visit. I'll definitely be back. read more

I went to GTO on July 9th to wash my car. My car was really dirty and from beginning to end the employees we're really nice even going the extra mile to take off my water spots to make my car look extra nice and clean. I really recommend this car wash from the staff being so friendly to the service that i got. I'll will be coming here from now on instead of coming to splash. And to top it off i spoke with the manager because he was so nice and brought water to me and my 3 kids in 100 plus degree weath. Now that's what you call customer service!! read more

I have had too many unpleasant visits to this carwash. One time I paid for the ultimate car wash and they only gave me the standard wash and would not refund me the difference. On my last and final visit they broke off my windshield wiper when drying my car. The guy had me roll down my window and handed it to me and said that he didn't know how to put it back on. I told the attendant what happened, the manager came and tried to install the broken windshield wiper but it was broken and wouldn't re-attach. He told to go buy another one and that he would reimburse me if I brought back the receipt. I purchased another windshield wiper and came back with the receipt and got it reimbursed. I asked the manager if I could get a free carwash to compensate for my wasted time and the inconvenience. He was very rude, he said his boss wouldn't let him compensate me with a free carwash and that I was wasting his time. He then walked away from me. I followed him to where he was going to dry some more cars. I asked him why he was being so rude and ignoring me. He then threatened me incinuating that if I didn't leave something bad would happen. I didn't leave so he decided to push me out of his way. At this time I decided to leave not wanting to get punched or worse. This behavior from the manager was appalling, not too mention illegal. This carwash is terrible and I will never be going back. read more
