I asked her for help with airfare and lodging for a Norwegian cruise and her response was to tell me to call the cruise line or call AAA travel for help. She basically turned me away. I thought she was supposed to be the travel specialist and I made an appointment to see her. If she's not AAA travel then why did she make an appointment with me in the first place? Why does she have framed certificates on her walls for being a travel specialist? I told her exactly what I needed when we made the appointment. Total waste of my time to drive there and make the appointment the first time. Total waste of my time to drive there for the appointment the second time. As soon as I left her office, I took her advice and called the cruise line while I was driving home. They said they don't help with airfare within 60 days of departure. Then I called the AAA lady back to tell her this. Her response was to call AAA travel. I called AAA travel and the man who answered took care of everything. I will use this man when planning all my trips from now on. I absolutely do not recommend wasting any of your time with the travel lady at this location. Just call AAA travel.
