If I could leave less than a 1 star review I'd do that. They will charge you for a router, which is not reliable, charge you $100/month, not provide service, and then charge you for an updated "e-sim card" and then continue to provide poor service. Repeat for 2 years. No customer service on Friday afternoons or throughout a weekend. They don't answer phones or emails, or the text customer service line as they describe on the website. It's a horrible service, poor quality, and really terrible customer service. After over 2 years of consistently paying my bill, I'm done. We are going with starlink. I have been using the internet service from this company they call Last Mile Internet since 2020. The internet they offer is mobile LTE service through AT&T. Most of the people on my road use this company since we do not have many internet options and we all talk as a community. Since starting I have spent $650+ on different routers. Unexpectedly we will have an "outage" and they tell us that we need a new AT&T SIM card and a new router that comes out of the customers pocket! I work from home full time and yet again I'm without internet for over a week and they are telling me I need a NEW router! The worst part, is I cannot get this company to call or email me back but they have no issue continuing to take my automatic monthly payments. Do yourself a favor and go with a different internet provider if you have the option. read more
