Adding insult to injury United Healthcare Dual Complete my provider supplied me with name, number and appt with new Dr only to find when it's time for referral she's NOT IN NETWORK, get new primary, feeding tube now infected and was compelled to do ER, yuck flu, covid and everything else this season,? No thank you, got appt at Digestive Disease and despite ALL the above was refused AGAIN, this time a newer bill totaling over 500, with a 50 no show fee???? You can't make this crap up. This offices billing person proceeded to " tell me " of the various notices I'd received and despite all pleading including the oath to do no harm I was once again REFUSED SERVICE. Pat and Lewis in the front office know and do an outstanding job. There are some new Doctors there. I saw a Dr. Craig Dolven D.O. for the first time. He was personable, professional, and didn't rush through the exam/discussions. I highly recommend him. They draw blood in their lab, so you don't have to go somewhere else to do that. That's a big time saver. They also called me to follow up on a couple of issues. The whole experience was as pleasant as going to the doctor can be. I highly recommend them. TK
