Worst insurance I've ever had..... I got a quote from an agent who carried over my coverage from a Honda Accord that I had with Progressive. I had a loan on this vehicle so was required to have full coverage. The agent proceeded to create a policy with no collusion. I'm sorry.... carrying over the same exact coverage would mean the exact same coverage... correct? I drove around with no collision for 2 years until I was involved in a rear end accident. Only to find out my vehicle wasn't covered. I was then told it was my fault because there were no records of the conversation I had with the agent who initially created my policy..... which they pulled from progressive. How are you going to tell me it's my fault. I asked your agent to carry over the same exact coverage from my progressive policy which included collision. I'm now without a vehicle. No means to fix it. Due to your employees error. Like I said worst coverage I've ever had in my life. Would give 0/5 if I could read more

I cancelled my Geico Car Insurance because it got too expensive. I got a refund partially refunded to my checking account and then $363.00 was supposed to be sent in a check because I paid that using a gift card. I called and told them it was paid on a gift card and they were said they would send me a check I said ok. I waited and waited for the check and then finally called Geico to find out what happened to my check and they said they sent the refund of $363.00 back to the Gift Card. I don't have the Gift Card anymore. They said there was nothing they could do to get my money back so now I'm out $363.00 they did nothing to hell me. I will never use Geico again I could of really used that money right now and they lied to me!!!' read more

Wish I could give these thieves ZERO stars. I got into an accident and they sent me a link for my rental car giving me 3 choices for what I can rent. Well since I am a big guy I chose the SUV for $45 a day, since that was one of the choices. THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE ON THAT LINK BUT THOSE 3 options. Well I rented the car from Enterprise which was at the auto shop,another company I will NEVER use again, and was told I had $1035 max rental. Well, I bought the car back and Enterprise charged me $233.11. I called Geico and they said I had a $35 max/day. Why did you send a link with 3 options with NOTHING in that link stating I would have to pay out of pocket if I rented one of the higher options? The two liars at Enterprise also assured me I was covered. I cancelled my Geico policy and they send me threatening letters that I owe them $271.45. They will NEVER, EVER see that money, that's a promise. Deceptive practices is an understatement. read more

Bought car insurance with local agent Bella. Called a week later to update my credit card and a rep from her office told me it was all taken care of and the old card was removed. Today I got charged for $1322 and called / emailed Bella and no response after 5 hrs. Now I have a second charge for $1322 on the correct card while it takes 7-14 days for them to process my refund on the second card... Really poor service. LAME!! read more

A few days letter, I received a postcard in the mail about contacting a local agent for further details. I gave them a quick call and Bella was so courteous, patient and kind with walking me through the process and getting me a fantastic rate.
