That was however before I realized that 1) the agent (Alex Bazan) didn't understand what I wanted. I own my townhome. I wanted homeowner's insurance. He sent me two very reasonably priced options but it was CONDOMINIUM insurance. I tried multiple times to call him back, and left multiple messages. I even texted him back on the number he originally texted me at. NO RESPONSE for days. I finally called another State Farm agency and was told that if I don't belong to an HOA / Condo Association, I am ineligible for CONDO insurance. My guess is that Alex finally figured this out and just didn't want to tell me he made a mistake in my quote. My recommendation to anyone out there - read reviews for any specific office you may be working with. State Farm has really great people, but apparently it also has some really lazy people who don't actually pay attention to their customers' needs.
