I was cancelled by Universal. They dropped me after a 3 year battle regarding a claim for roof damage from a tropical storm. It was my only claim in 25 years. Since a damaged roof cannot be insured, I reached out to Mendez & Assoc., and spoke with Al. He immediately guided me step by step on what I needed to do once my new roof was installed.
