First he didn't have all of our vehicle information and when we informed him, he was very rude over the phone. Then he kept arguing with us about he did have the right information and instead of requesting the correct information, he just kept arguing his point. Finally, when we decided to switch agents, he called up the DMV and stated we cancelled our policy even though he knew we were transferring to a new SF agent.
