Don left the quote he gave at my place and didn't email it to the building owner like asked. Then showed up at my place twice asking for it, and making it sound like it was my fault because I didn't keep it for him. Was very unprofessional about it. They left I huge rut in my front yard, and my flowers were flattened from them constantly stepping on them.
