A family establishment that caters to both locals and tourists stopping by from the Toblach train station. I'm so glad our sweet tooth was aching after our lengthy hike at Tre Cime because it led us to Cristallino at 5pm, when it was too early for dinner.
Who says you can't have dessert first?
We tried the La Noisette sundae with vanilla, chocolate, and hazelnut gelato with whole hazelnuts, crispy cookies, whipped cream and chocolate and hazelnut sauce. That was a heavenly mouth full! It was delicious and made us very happy.
My guy ordered his quintessential aperol spritz and it came with a bowl of pretzels.
I saw other ppl enjoying shakes, affogato and huge bowls of ice cream, and not one was unhappy about it.
A very cute, accessible and family run dessert Cafe.
I highly recommend stopping by this cute town of Dobbiaco. read more
