What's better than eating an authentic gelato from Bellagio Lake Como, Italy! Gelato was so creamy. The best from this villa. A must to visit when in Bellagio!

The tiramisu was amazing! Damn I could eat a gallon of this stuff. Reasonable prices, servings good and service was great

THE PLACE TO GO! They had an excellent variety of flavors, treats, and the prices were amazing. 4 flavors for 4.50 (euro). We got the tiramisu, pistachio, cherry (amarena), and caffe. This was so creamy, flavorful, and not too sweet. It's a small, local, and quick little shop to stop in and go. The service was good too. Make this your go to!

As we were walking through the upper town, we happened upon this place that had a line. We decided to continue our stroll and come back. Upon our return, there wasn't a line and we placed our order. The image below is what was called a cupcake that was premade in the counter case. We also ended up getting a medium cup with three flavors. Both were delicious and we plan to return during our week long stay in Bellagio. It's definitely worth stopping for and hope you enjoy!

We spent the day wandering the alleys and climbing the hills of Bellagio. In search of delicious gelato, we found Gelateria del Borgo. We sat outside after ordering our gelato in a cone. Wow, it was rich, creamy, and delicious. I ordered Limoncello gelato, it truly tasted just like a sip of Limoncello, loved each lick. Mr. Bee ordered a dark chocolate gelato, and of course, I snuck a few bites. It too was rich, chocolatey, and absolutely scrumptious. If you find yourself in Bellagio, you must go. Best gelato of the trip. I would have taken photos, but it was gone before we thought about it.

Found this nice little gelato shop while walking around Bellagio for the day. The staff was very nice and ended up getting the coffee gelato. Was nice and creamy and had a strong but not overpowering coffee flavor. The size was perfect to not be too much but not too little at the same time. Was a nice little pick me up to give some more energy while going up and down the hills and stopping in the shops.

Great icecream in Bellagio! Italians know their gelato, and Gelatrio Del Borgo doesn't disappoint. Great flavos and fair prices in the center of Bellagio.

Superb Gelato in a little shop on one of the main "streets" running parallel to the water but on the hill. After a long day of exploring on a hot day we need a treat and this place was perfect. Unlike some of the chain joints, their flavors seemed a bit more authentic and less mass-produced. This place is pretty small and easy to miss (look for open doors and sign above). They have tons of flavors including some I hadn't seen before like biscotti. As with all these type places there are three sizes of both cups and cones and each order consists of up to 3 different flavors. Prices are good too- small 2€, medium 2.5€. Tasty, fresh and good.....maybe I will have to stop by again tomorrow and try some more flavors...

They have a lot of flavors of gelato and very nice people that serve it . There is also a nice bench to eat it on as well as tables outside.

I went here merely based off the most reviews. While everything was good, the sorbets suffered and the creamy gelatos prevailed.

Started with drinks, the limoncello spritz is amazing & an old fashioned. Followed by the house wines for dinner, which on Vivino all rated extremely well. The food was screaming goodness, just scrumptious all around. Started with the Caesar salad, the chef's pasta special & ending with the steak done in a pepper cream sauce. Each dish was split, absolutely delicious all around. Oh & don't forget the tiramisu for dessert, followed by a cappuccino & finally limoncello. Our hotel helped to book us a reservation here for dinner on a Monday night, and the restaurant was honestly quite busy for a weekday evening! Definitely would recommend making a reservation if you can to avoid potential waits. I started with the pasta chef style (with bacon, tomato sauce, cream, and parmesan cheese) and my fiance had the steamed rice with sautéed fish fillets. Both first courses were great, and I loved the creamy tomato sauce with my pasta! Then, we shared the veal chop milanese which came with a side of green beans -- this was really good! My one gripe was that there were a bunch of ants everywhere on the floor right around our table which made the experience a bit unpleasant as I was partially focused on not stepping on the ground too much while sitting for the meal.

Service was efficient and friendly. I got the green summer drink which was prosecco, oj, pineapple, vodka, strawberry syrup and was super refreshing. We stayed in Varenna in an Airbnb overlooking this outdoor space so we could hear the goings on at most of the restaurants. This one was the quietest. We ended up getting seated right at the edge of the vine-covered terrace overlooking the beautiful Salita Serbelloni which just gave such a romantic vibe overall. All of the food we had was phenomenal. We started with the roasted octopus and potato gnocchi, both of which were very tasty with great flavors. The octopus was cooked perfectly, and I also loved the ragu sauce that went with the gnocchi. Then, my fiance and I had their fish of the day which they cook up in front of you, and it was served with seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes. I think partly it was that our general online research offered a lunch menu that was a la carte, but they only had a prefix menu when we were dining there. In the end, I personally feel like this is more 3.5 stars, and what made it just shy of 4 stars was that the prefix menu felt like a cash grab. The dishes themselves were hit or miss (eg the cacio e pepe dish was subpar and the flavor wasn't great) but we had a beef tartare that was pretty good!
