This is a must-visit spot in Taormina. I believe Bam Bar is absolutely WORTH THE HYPE. Not because you feel as though you're in a filming location of "The White Lotus" (which you are), but because I whole-heartedly believe their granita is some of the best in Sicily. So creamy. So flavorful. I'm typically not a fan of whipped cream, but their "Crema" (basically whipped cream) on top was so soft and sweet that it'd be a crime to not have it added to your granita (for no additional charge). I went twice in one day, and both times I got a combination of Strawberry and Nutella with "Crema" on top (you must ask for this) and with a Brioche (to dip into the granita, of course). Add Bam Bar to your Sicilian itinerary.
