The technician did exactly what I instructed, to let himself in to the backyard and begin treatment. Always effective, he also had a milleau of obstructions in the backyard to work around, and still did it perfectly! I love living without spiders; hobos in particular used to be bad here, and without the paper wasp and white bold-faced hornet, which are both deadly for me. I feel safer, haven't had a problem with any since beginning treatment last year. I've completed the year long, 5 treatment agreement, and will continue to have then treat the environment and soon the inside also. They will treat the inside of the house as part of the 5 treatment deal package deal. My wasn't ready for that yet, as I'm just now moving in finally. The office personnel are easy and professional to deal with when scheduling treatment or having to reschedule. I highly recommend their service, both for pest control and peace of mind. read more

The technician came today and removed two rather large bees hornets nest and provided the regular pest control service. They are here every three months and it is the most fabulous service we could ever imagine. GemSTATE is incredible. Their technicians will educate and they are professional, polite, and more than helpful. They have never left without saying "is there anything else we can do? " we have used them for over a year now and cannot imagine with being without them. Gem State is so wonderful! They addressed the issue we were having with baby spiders showing up in our bathroom. We moved into a vacant house with a severe pest problem, and thanks to the thorough exterior and interior treatment we don't ever see bugs in our home.
