I said lets do it and they were on it next day because he had a opening. i liked talking to the workers everyone was great to talk to and answer any question i had. they finished job to my satisfaction. Jag enterprises didn't finish the work at our house . They started in late Dec 2021.. did finish putting in sewer in Jan 2022. Didn't replace dirt at our yard. Hauled off 2 car size boulders that were underground our yard ( I saw when they loaded them onto a flat bed big truck, they sell them) then collected almost 7000 dollars from us guaranteeing that they would replace the dirt. My little one fell cuz her foot fell in a deep sinking hole on side of our house, I had to fill it with rocks they'd left behind to kind of fill it so my kid don't sink in it again. About 2 feet or more of my yard is without refill dirt on the side. I kept trying to call Alan but he blocked me and my hubby's #s after he picked up his check( he hadn't even finished the sewer line but demanded his payment) we are good people . We pay our debts. He said if we threatened to sue him he wouldn't finish( he told Kim brown if I messaged him saying that, he'd come finish the job) so I messaged him as he told her to have me do. I wanted this handled amicably. He refused still to finish the job. He left our yard looking horrible, cracked sidewalks and missing subs of concrete due to his shotty work still a hazard for us living on that street. My daughter can't even ride her scooter up to a couple houses next door cuz they've had open broken subs still unfinished( started in Dec 2021, still not finished) we aren't going to sue him . We're going to see our other options then after anymore out of pocket expenses, see about recovering our losses. The city advised us to go that route as they came out to see the horrible nightmare mess left by jag on our quiet ,once nice street. Plus after he collected the cashiers check from us, the next day our bathroom flooded. It was January! And they didn't think to wrap the open exposed pipe they left with no warning signs for a month as an open ditch nobody could get around! It was Winter! People walking had to walk through snow and slush packed street to go around his nasty job! He is unprofessional, un ethical and greedy buissman. Just no heart at all when we paid him in full upon first request by him! Then he blames us for being frustrated. He won't act like a grown up and didn't keep his word on replacing our dirt. And tore down our fence! We paid for a guy to come out in March and put it back up kind of cuz we have small dogs . He never. Once answered any of the 46 messages I sent him. Oh wait he blocked us . He's a luar. He doesn't care about people with modest incomes that give their last dime to get a service done . My hubby is 67 yrs old. Disabled. With physical disability and severe ptsd. Alan made my husband's nerves so bad my husband had bleeding ulcers for months! Poor thing doesn't have much longer due to organs starting to shut down. Alan should be ashamed of himself. No show of humanity in him oer decency ir he'd finish the job! Like I texted him we won't sue just finish the job please. But he ignored my pleas for professionalism or decency by him. read more
