When it got here, there was a broken window and the vent was melted. We've had it for almost a month now and twice they told us they were gonna be out here and they still haven't got out here. We chose W5 because of their five star rating in my opinion they don't deserve a five star rating. I'm sorry. But this is ridiculous. They need to get things done when they say they're gonna do it. I hope this doesn't affect them fixing the window in the vent because it still isn't fixed.

I understood I was going to have to wait for it to be built that was ok. It was built in my backyard. The 2 men who constructed the building dropped plenty of nails in the yard I found dragging a magnet around the area. I figured my lawnmower shooting nails and grass cuttings out at the same time would be dangerous. The *roll* didn't latch as the hole and the pin were not lined up. The flashing on the top was bent and would catch on the latch preventing it from closing. I went into the Bossier location and spoke to the lady there she was very nice and said she would put in a work order for it to be repaired and it might take a while. I checked back with them August 14th and she resubmitted a work order. I never saw anyone come out and fix anything. October 4th lady at Bossier office was supposed to call me back she was contacting plant manager. Well, it is now December 1st and I have had someone else come fix the roll door. Yes, I had to pay them too. I paid $8,600 for a shed that had a $800 roll door that would not work right and no one made this right!. Poor business practices. We have been in business in Bossier for 38Years and it was NOT because we treated customers like this. Shame on you.

I was impressed that some of the vendors had tags that said "vintage" and also "NOT vintage". I have never seen that before. A lot of vendors will try to fill their "vintage" booths with a mix and pass it all off. It helped build my trust in the vendors there. Pricing was surprisingly fair, depending on the vendor. No restrooms for customers. Music was glitching the entire time we were there, cutting in and out. Would have rather had it off altogether. We bought a cute little brass owl that we love. We made an offer on a larger piece that was below what the vendor had marked it. We were leaving town the next day and by the next day still hadn't heard back. Tried calling before we left and it went to a voicemail that was full. Called again from the road and someone answered, but then I guess set the phone down (?) for a while... I ended up hanging up because it had been a WHILE. She ended up calling me back to tell me the offer was not accepted and I said ok, thanks for letting us know. It's a cute store but some weird vibes. I think vendors will miss out on sales based solely on the customer experience in the shop. It doesn't really want to make you stay long enough to walk the whole building, and that's going to make you miss out on potentially really cool and reasonably-priced finds.
