Once everything was setup, I noticed the water & ice maker didn't work. I didn't find out the oven didn't work until I went to turn it on and it said "preheat" for about 45 minutes but was still cold. I called the store the next day to let them know because both items are under warranty. The lady said she would send someone out. It was almost 2 weeks before someone came and they said they needed parts for the stove which had to be ordered. They said I would need a plumber for the refrigerator. My old refrigerator worked just fine and I never needed a plumber. The last called me about a week later to say the guy that would be coming to fix the oven got canceled because he was sick which I completely understood. So it was about another week before he actually came to fix it. No one ever came back out to even attempt to fix my refrigerator, we still can't use the ice maker or get water. I didn't come in asking to put anything on layaway, finance anything or ask for any discounts but I still received crappy service and 2 items that didn't work and the store still hasn't fixed one. I will not be shopping here again and will let my coworkers and friends know to spend their money elsewhere.

She showed me a JennAir set that was available and explained casually and not forced in any way how I had to have it. I left and slept on it, did my research, and came right back 24 hours later. The set included a fridge, gas stove top, double wall combination microwave/ oven, and dishwasher. A Maytag washer and electric dryer were also purchased. With the appliances, a one-year warranty automatically comes unless you want to pay for a 5-year warranty that needs to be paid at the time of purchase. They also offer delivery with a minor charge, so you don't have to worry about it. Going to a big box store would have easily cost between $16,000 - 18,000; I was nowhere near the MSRP. These appliances are discounted anywhere between 50 and 70 percent. Yes, an appliance might have a minor ding, but it's nothing you couldn't cover up with a magnet, a free Christmas photo card, or a $10 wrap from Amazon. The whole team is honest, good people who are happy to help. Give it a chance before going to a big box store!

I'll go back if I feel like I need to, but I won't go out of my way. Plants cost too much to be unappreciated by the staff.

A big truth that has been tested, proven, and then solidified, is this: I can tell you how little money I have. I can't tell you how much time I have left. Translated to a mathematical equation. Time is greater than Money And thus, time is infinitely more valuable than money. A step further than that, time is invaluable. You can never have enough of it and you can't make more of it. So, as I get older, I really, really hate wasting it. As I did with an unsuccessful venture here. It's simple, really. I wanted a few items hemmed up. I called in advance. I was quoted a price for the job. It was an agreeable price. I drove the green mile to this place. It's far. But it's worth it for the rate given over the phone. I finally arrived and entered the business. It smells as you might expect. Like yarn and wicker. No direction as to where to go or whom to approach. I just start walking. I reach the back of the building and find an older lady who seems stressed to the max. I tell her I have a few items I'd like hemmed. She first says, it'll be at least a month to six weeks before they can complete and return my items. Fine. At the price I was quoted over the phone, I guess I can wait. Whatevs. And just to confirm, I ask the lady how much per item? She quoted me ten dollars over what I was told over the phone. Per item. So, thirty dollars more than I was told over the phone. That's more than these things that I have are worth. For real. I really drove all the way out here for this? No thanks. The lady wasn't rude or anything and I'm sure they're good at what they do. I much preferred them closer in Shreve City. I just don't know how there could have been such a great miscommunication over the phone when I was very clear in the simple task I wanted to have done. So, I walked out. Not paying top dollar. Not waiting six weeks. I'll either live with baggy stuff or find someone else. And that's all fine and good. But I still can't get the smell of yarn and wicker out of my nose.
