The day before the wedding, we arrived and just wanted to touch base. We asked a bridesmaid to accompany us for preview. Robin and Paula had 5 CHOICES for us. Each was wonderful and captured the bride's request. Day of wedding, we picked up the bouquets, packed in vases to display at reception. DO NOT OVERLOOK these floral designers. They rank with the BEST OF THEM! ( I know from personal experience in large metro area). In addition, they are very easy to work with, professional, and know their flowers. If you want a high end floral service with high $$$$$, don't bother, you can spend your money elsewhere. And the delivery time.., well, you didn't call Dominos, you called a florist, who, like the rest of us, is at the mercy of traffic, weather and all of the challenges of working at a ski resort. For Carol W. Your claim is against 800 flowers. They are the ones who send the order to the florist. If they felt that she had under served the order, they would have dealt with it and given you a refund.Next time call the florist direct and save the added fees. $90 for flowers in this area, given the logistics of delivery and labor costs is NOT that much.

When I called to ask them the lady replied, "everyone knows me in the valley." I said, I DO NOT know you and you should've have called to get my permission to enter my home. She didn't think it was a big deal and for that reason alone I will NEVER use or recommend her to anyone.
