For Carol W. Your claim is against 800 flowers. They are the ones who send the order to the florist. If they felt that she had under served the order, they would have dealt with it and given you a refund.Next time call the florist direct and save the added fees. $90 for flowers in this area, given the logistics of delivery and labor costs is NOT that much.

Given the cost, the reputation of the company, and the careful planning that went into our event, this outcome was deeply disappointing. The quantity of food provided by Red Maple given the rather high cost of the catering was nowhere near our expectations. As one of the event hosts, I was only able to try 2 different appetizers (1 piece of each) the entire evening. Many of our guests subsequently told us they had to leave the reception early "to eat" and we ended up having to order multiple boxes of pizza for those guests that were able to stay at the reception. Needless to say, this was extremely embarrassing for us and the other reception event hosts. Again, given the rather high cost of the catered event (even for Beaver Creek) we definitely did not get our money's worth at all. Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing, and we would not recommend this caterer to anyone looking to host an event.
