From there they took one mini stats class before the shut down. Then we were on pause for some time and we found our way back after the dust settled about two years ago. Ever since then it hasn't been the same. Whether it is a feeling with some coaches that (he) only has time to work with those who might be potential competitors, to very repetitive and non- progressive skills over months of time, it got to be very discouraging for the girls. Add to that an insane and chaotic parking situation and I'm out. Literally every week, entitled people would block all traffic in the back so they could walk their special snowflake inside the building instead of parking like the rest of us. Others would drive the wrong way on a clearly marked one way path. By the time you got to the exit and had to make a blind left turn onto Circle, you need a drink.

The 'open gym' on Friday nights is an absolute madhouse that brings out the worst kids/teens the area has to offer. There is zero security or supervision, the pre teens are foul mouthed and rude, and no-one does anything about unruly guests (drunk (drugged?) guy in the lobby for 2 hours swearing, harassing people, talking REALLY inappropriately to kids around him) and was only asked to leave right before close. If you bring your kids to open gym, I would stay with them, but fully expect they're going to bring home a few choice phrases like mine did. Thanks drunk guy. I imagine the bulk of the attention they give anyone here are the girls/parents that pay for gymnastics classes, which makes sense, and that the other 'activities' they offer are simply money grabs.

Just take a factory building and fill it with equipment and other stuff. And you know, it works! Kids have fun at BDay parties jumping into a foam pit, and more. Also kids get the chance to use the Olympic stuff too- uneven bars, beam, vault, and of course, the spring mat! My daughter loves it here for the bday parties because she says "You can do whatever you want. Like jumping on the trampoline, doing flips on the uneven bars, Back bends on the on the floor, and running and twisting on the vault. You name it, you can do it as long as it's safe!" I've also noticed men's Olympic stuff towards the back. My daughter said the men's stuff is fun and cool, but she prefers the woman's more, as what I know of. There's also a swinging rope. All the kids wait in a line to swing back and forth of a rope attached to the ceiling. It's safe, because it's attached to a ton of stuff to hold it. I even tried it! It was pretty fun!! On the spring mat, it's a different story! A TON of stuff to do! Of course, you can just do the basic gymnastic stuff. But there is also stuff you can sit in and be rolled around in! The coaches/staff members are very good with the kids and keep them engaged from beginning to end. The gym is clean and organized. It's one big gym, so they have different age groups and skill level groups all practicing at the same time, but they keep things moving so no class collides with another. Prices for the classes are pretty typical in cost and the classes, especially weekends do fill up very quickly. When registration opens it's wise to sign up that day, because putting it off could possibly leave you with a "class filled." If there is one thing they need to address and rectify it's the horrid smell of feet that reeks from the gymnasium when the door is opened. I mean I get this is a gymnastics gym and all of the 50 plus people in one area at the same time are shoe less, BUT that does not mean it should smell as it does! I mean they seriously need to invest in some commercial deodorizers or something! Where you have large dispensers on automatic spray timers because every time they open that door to the gymnasium my nose threatens to leave me!!

My daughter was doing her somersaults on the wedges wrong and there was no one walking along side correcting her. My coach would smack the back of my head 30 years ago to make sure I had it straight and did it right. 4. They collect payment info online and it's reoccurring until your request to drop. Anyone can just walk in and out, which is a bit scary with so many children there. After basically begging for direction we had our trail class to establish what level my child would be in. After class we again were ignored by staff. We expected to speak to someone but no conversation as to what level or what are the times for classes was had. I thought maybe we would get a call with further instructions and have not hard a word. So unorganized and left there feeling discouraged and extremely disappointed

She has always practiced tumbling but just this year we've added double mini and trampoline which I think she loves even more. The place is always clean, the staff is very friendly and coach Gail works with each gymnast directly. The class schedule is VERY accommodating. There are classes EVERYDAY (except Saturday which is for team only) for every skill level.
