Maria played phone tag with me, never called back when I was expecting one I had to call her every time. I was hung up on and told to talk to customer service because I am 6 months pregnant with hormones and I'm upset that I'm walking about with a ring that we paid good money for thats missing multiple diamonds and was only offered to get the same ring shipped to me after Christmas, keep in mind I am 2 hours away from this location. I have insurance for that. The customer service from the manager Maria was despicable. The regional manger was kind enough to call back within the next hour after being hung up on.
