The only thing I can complain about is maintenance, it can be spotty & unsatisfactory. I had mold growing in my bathroom because the fans air circulation isn't strong enough but it works so it can't be replaced. Overall, I think it's a smart price to pay!

Amenities are a little behind other, more pricey complexes. Not pet friendly, but numerous ESA animals. Maintenance generally was prompt and courteous. First floor does not have AC. We did not really have any issues with unfair charges, maintenance, or anything of the sort. Maybe we just got lucky? Would recommend to young college students who just need a bit more space but are on a budget.

They've entered apartments without proper notification, continually harass the tenants about pets (which the apartment has allowed in - but then complains about them), deny tenants deposits that are due, have usurious fees associated with simple transactions, and take advantage of young couples who are just trying to get a start who don't know better. They have been intimidating and over-charge for things that are ridiculous. The units they provide to couples are often damaged - and then they threaten to charge tenants for the damage that was there before they arrived. In our case, the tenants had to do a thorough cleaning before they moved in because of how thick the dust was and how dirty the carpets were. Thank goodness they didn't have a baby yet - that would be disgusting to have the child on the floor of such a place. They constantly threaten - especially around pets. Sure, people should be responsible and pick up after their pets - but to fine financially strapped college students HUNDREDS of dollars for a dog having an accident on the lawn (regardless if they pick it up), and then providing INCENTIVES TO NARK on people (snap their picture, report them, and earn $50) is a simple Gestapo-like tactic. The people at the desk are condescending, unprofessional, and treat people as though they are stupid. And when a woman goes in? The 2 men who have been encountered have been very condescending because they are women. The list can go on. Do not let your married kids stay here.
