I received a text confirming that Jaime would arrive at a specific date and time. Jaime did arrive on schedule with his measuring equipment, but he did not bring any samples. He told me he would follow up in a couple of days with pricing. It has now been over 12 days with no estimate and no communication. He also didn't seem particularly interested in the project or in answering our questions. This lack of follow‑through is disappointing and unprofessional. If a company has the tools to take measurements on-site, there's no reason an estimate should take this long. Two other companies measured the same space with basic tools and still provided same‑day quotes. Choose a company that values your time and delivers on what they promise.

After some conversation with my spouse we decided to go with Conner's and we are very happy we made that choice. Not only did they finish on time but all the workers who came into my house were friendly and respectful. There was good communication from the office as to who would be coming to work and on what day. When we encountered a few problems (like the floor heating vent was right where the vanity needed to be), Conner's found a good solution. The bathroom is beautiful And well worth the price we paid. We hired this company to remodel our bathroom and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to…read morefinish. After four months, we still do not have a functioning shower. The list of errors is extensive: the flooring was installed incorrectly, the faucet in the tub was incorrect, the shower trim color was wrong and had to be reordered, and the shower door was installed backwards. We have had to micromanage every aspect of the project to catch each error as it was occuring. Each mistake has required a return visit - we are now looking at a 5th return to complete -- and even after multiple appointments spanning four months, the project is still not finished. Each person we've spoken to has simply pointed a finger at someone else. Each correction came with additional fees to correct. No offers to compensate us through discount even when asked. We expected a professional, timely remodel. Instead, we've been left without a shower for four months due to repeated errors and poor quality control. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and find a contractor who gets it right the first time.

I will start with the exceptional workmanship/craftsmanship from the installation crews. We had a…read moresun room put on the back of the house. We got quotes from a few places and all quotes were comparable in price. We decided to go with Windows Plus I suppose because we liked Todd, the sales person, also we were impressed with the quality of the windows and that the room was going to be framed instead of a patio enclosure. And we could not be more pleased with the outcome. I know another reviewer stated that it was all done right the first time, that is how we felt about the room edition. My husband is very particular and ALWAYS has a punch list. But not this time. Literally all windows, framing, caulking, installation was perfect (with the exception of a small defect in one of the screens). We have talked to our salesperson, Todd regarding this matter and he will come to take pictures of the room and said they will take care of that, which I don't doubt they will. They had to put a roof onto the back of our house. That was the first part of the project and that happened in early November of 2020. The roofing crew, leg by Daniel put the roof on/ framed the room and poured concrete footers for the windows in 4 days. They were meticulous, cleaned up each day, were polite, answered all our questions and accommodated our needs as they worked. They had to attach the new roof to an existing patio roof as well as the back of the house. Within a couple of weeks the old section of the roof began to leak, we believe due to them walking/working in that area to add the new roof. We called to discuss this with Todd and within a few days the roofers were back and repaired the leak in the old roof. So even though it was a mishap they made it right, right away. At this point they were able to measure for the custom made windows/doors. Once the windows came in they started installation on January 26, 2021. This crew, Brandon, Josh and Matt were as meticulous as the roofer/framers. Again, they could not have been more polite, knowledgeable and professional. They 3 of them worked 3 (10+ hour days) to complete the work. As mentioned above there was no punch list. Everything was done to perfection the first time around. Reason for 4 star and not 5 star review deals with company communication. Although all was done to our sanctification I had to call them to inquire about when the crews were coming. We had made arrangements with the Todd regarding the electrical package and had to get that worked out once electricians got here due to them having different information. The contract stated work would be completed in 12-16 weeks, which would have been by Dec. 19 and the work was actually finished on January 28, 2021. If the company would have called me to let me know they were behind, windows had not arrived, weather delayed work, Covid delayed work I would not have been as concerned but I had to keep calling to find out what was going on and to check on time frames. I do understand things happen but again if timelines had been communicated to me I would have been disappointed but would have understood and would have given a 5 star review. I would recommend the workmanship and the quality of the windows.

Sales rep was on time but I indicated I had a time crunch....3 hours later we got to the estimate..... an estimate for $54k. But if I agreed to purchase right then and there it would be $45k. And there were strings attached.....give 5 star reviews on multiple sights. When I said that was too expensive he made multiple other offers, finally saying $100 less than a comparable offer. Yeah, right. I was not going to decide that day. The next day an email, 3 phone calls indicating they had other deals available. I blocked them. Their pricing strategy is beyond irksome!
