Winkler's came in more than a thousand dollars cheaper than the other quotes and we didn't have to skimp on the bricks that we wanted. We crossed our fingers and signed. The work was started almost right away and while we had a few delays because of this awful "Spring" weather, the work was completed quickly and it looks fantastic!! We didn't need to be at home for the work to be done and they cleaned everything up once the work was over. We have gotten a lot of compliments from the neighbors! I was so impressed with the work that, being the romantic that I am, hired them as an anniversary present for mowing services. So far, they have cut the lawn twice and they do edging/bagging/the whole nine yards. Very happy with the mowing service as well. To put the icing on the cake, today we got an email from the owner. When they mowed yesterday they noticed some soil erosion around the retaining wall and they are coming back next week to add some additional sod. They were professional and did a good job, but over that winter, something happened and the leak started back up again the following spring. They came out and did more sealing around the furnace exhaust pipe and that fixed it. There was no extra charge for coming back. The second leak in my mobile home roof they were able to repair easily in a few minutes. We have had no other leaking in either spot. Ryan has been great to work with in figuring out the problems and what needed to be done. He has been honest and helpful and has explained the what's and why's to fix the problem areas. In the work they have done for me, Ryan shows he cares about doing jobs right, not just put a bandaid on the problem, especially when the problem was created by the things not put down right in the first place by someone else.

This past spring, our roof required replacing due to hail…read more damage , just like many of our neighbors. We researched roofing companies, and after accepting bids from several, chose Christian Brothers based on their promises of superior work crews, quality materials and workmanship and efficient service. Also of importance to us, was the fact that they are a faith based company. I would really like to post a positive review, but I can only review what our experience was. The materials arrived as scheduled on a Monday and work was to begin the next day. We received a call that it would have to be rescheduled and work would begin on Wednesday. Since most of the neighbors' jobs had already been completed by this point, we knew that it would likely be a 2 to 3 day job. The first crew showed up and worked a partial day on Thursday, no one came on Friday due to a possible threat of rain( which did not happen). Another crew came on Saturday and worked a full day and then came on Sunday and worked an abbreviated day. There was another partial workday on Monday and again Tuesday. On Wednesday the manager came and did a walk-through where it was discovered that there were several major areas of siding damage and two large window screens that were slashed as well as a portion of the roof over the back door that was done so poorly that it needed to be adjusted. To their credit, Christian Brothers agreed to fix the damage. It has now been over two months and the final repairs were finally completed yesterday. We are still finding nails and pieces of shingles throughout the yard and discovered that four of the outdoor landscape lights were also destroyed. I do believe that the materials used were of high-quality, but overall this has been a very disappointing experience, and I can only hope that we are the exception and not the norm
