I spoke with a woman back in Feb 2x and she was always going to call me back and never did I filled out for quotes online in May and June and still never heard anything back. So I called and spoke with a man who said he was sorry and promised me he would work on it in the morning. I did recieve ONE email telling me he got one quote and that he was going to find lower ones, I messaged him back a few times asking for any word on any other quotes and this was last month and I have not heard anything from anyone since. I have no accidents on my record no duis and I just dont understand why it should take these people MONTHS to find a policy. I just found a policy elsewhere and I suggest everyone else do the same! No worth the time and hassle with these people

There are several mistakes and discrepancies on my policy which is quite worrisome. I have reached out to Todd several times asking him to please fix my policy and answer basic questions and he does not respond to my questions, but he sure does send me my bill (albeit with mistakes) and raises my rates. Find yourself an agent you can trust instead.
