Low and behold, I received another text message...still no call back. I called a third time and an agent (not Christy) answered and said I was just about to call you. I told her I needed to speak with Christy, to which she stated Cristy was working from home. I asked her to please have Christy contact me to discuss other insurance companies. Never heard from her! Called again a few days later only to be connected to the same agent I spoke to days before. After a lengthy conversation, I did receive a call from Scott.
