Today, while I was in the middle of firmly telling Nolan to stop calling me, he had the audacity to hang up in my face. When I immediately called back on the exact number they used to harass me, the representative lied and claimed they "couldn't find my number in the database." You just called me. Do not insult my intelligence. This behavior aligns perfectly with my previous experience with State Farm. After 50+ years of loyalty, my family was dropped for a single accident where we weren't even at fault. Between the corporate betrayal and this local agent's predatory phone harassment, I will never do business with them again. Avoid this agency at all costs.

There has never been a time that I have called and they have not been able to help!! They not only are professional and knowledgeable they are personable, friendly and helpful!! When I say helpful they go beyond and above. There have been times I forgot to make a payment and they will literally call me to remind me!! Think those big guys with the 1-800 #'s would do that?????? No!!! You would probably be canceled in a heart beat causing you $100's to reinstate. Recently I had an (unexpected) pretty hefty rate increase. I called and was told it was an inflation/economy increase and that all insurances were doing it. I was pretty upset with SF seeing I have had zero claims in 18 years. I started making calls. Yes, I found lower rates some even lower than what I was originally paying with SF.... HOWEVER, what I found in making those calls was that I was just an unknown individual to these companies and I would never receive the personal attention that Meredith and Diane show. That right there was enough to make me stay!!! As far as filing a claim and how SF would handle it??? I can not say since, fortunately, no claims have been filed. However, I do know if one should ever be filed and it is handled with 1/10 of the concern and help these 2 women show it will be smooth sailing!!! Warren Attar.... you did yourself a huge favor when you hired these 2!!! If they should ever leave I very well may follow!!! Bottom line... if you are looking for new insurance call them!!! If you have ???....ask away. They will explain until you understand. Just by talking with them you will understand why I wrote this review!!! They really are exceptional!!!!
