Robert and crew came out 1/2/26 to trim 6 trees, remove 1 tree, grind 3 stumps, and fill the hole back in with chips. We paid in full at the time of service. Well, he and his crew did the initial tree trim of 6 trees and cut one tree, and said he'd be back to do the stumps on 2/20/26. His crew broke a few decor pieces in our yard, left a mess, and nearly stole some of our tools they borrowed. He rescheduled coming out to finish the job 3 more times. Finally, he and one other male came back out on 3/4/26 after telling us 3 days prior that he needed to reschedule again, but we refused that excuse. When I greeted him at my door, he told me the stumps weren't in the contract, that he was only doing it to be a kind person. I brought out the contract and showed him that he was incorrect, because he did in fact write the stumps into the contract. Anyway, he ground one stump and filled in the hole with the chips as stated in the contract. Only to rip the other 2 stumps out and lay them on their side and leave. read more

I confirmed that they got all the branches, but later that night my husband said he wanted a few additional branches cleared. I texted Cory and he let me know they'd come get them in the morning. He takes a personal role in his business and takes it seriously. Cory and the crew are fantastic! Not only were they efficient, hardworking, and timely but extremely affordable! To put it simply, they did what they said they would do. After they cleared out six acres at my house, they went to my in-laws and cut up a tree. No job is too big or too small. They drove to Fort Wayne from Springfield, Ohio to do the job. Cory showed up at my door one day in a neighborhood which has no soliciting posted. He quoted me a good price and we needed the trees trimmed back from our roof so we emailed him that evening saying we would like to have the work done. The crew showed up unannounced first thing the next morning and began the work. After they had completed the agreed upon work, Cory talked to my husband about bugs he found in one of the trees. He then found them in another tree and we agreed to have him treat the one and take down the other. He amended the contract to include the stump removal in 2-3 days. After 4 weeks of trying to set up a time and a couple times when he said someone would be there and they didn't show, someone finally came to grind the stump. Twice he said he had called when my phone log showed otherwise. And every time they came it was unannounced- or not when they said they would come. The tree work and clean up was good; the business end and customer service left me disappointed. read more

Scott originally came and gave us a quote because they were doing work in the neighborhood and he was out scouting for potential customers. He was really nice and we were so excited about having the work done after he explained to us everything they would be doing. It was stated that he would come out with a crew of 6 guys and complete everything in One day. We knew on our own it would be months of work and we didn't even have the proper equipment. So after a lot of thought we decided to schedule to have our property cleaned up. We had to be rescheduled once due to a piece of equipment breaking down and we were okay with moving our date the first time because you know, things happen. So they came a couple days later which was fine but he only showed up with two guys and then left them there and told them all that needed to be done was some weed whacking around the property. This was most definitely not the case as our proposal stated they would be getting rid of the weeds, the stumps (There were lots left here by the previous owners), a huge dirt mound near the middle of our back yard, and tilling up the entire 1500 sq ft garden area. The company has a belief that you pay for the job that's done and so that night with what we thought was done, we paid 75% of the total cost only to walk around after they left and find that not even close to 75%of the work was done. They had left a dozen stumps and hadn't done any of the tilling or removal of the dirt. They we're supposed to come back the next day and continue the work and likely finish it that day. I also had to work that day so I called them in the morning to find out what time they'd be here so I could plan accordingly. And they told us that they still wouldn't be able to complete the job that day. so we were rescheduled again for the following Monday between 8-10am. When they still hadn't shown up at 11 am, my husband called and was told we needed to reschedule again. They claimed to be coming the following day. And again 10 am rolls around and they still aren't here. Scott finally showed up on his own to walk the property and get an idea of everything that had been left incomplete the last time they were here and was very apologetic for all the issues and we were understanding. THINGS HAPPEN! We get it! But we were rescheduled AGAIN for the next day. That day is today, Wednesday. Scott came out with only one other person and not even all of the proper equipment. Basically called us liars and said we were asking them to do things that had never been discussed during the quote. We know exactly what had been talked about because again, we were so excited to have it done for us and for the kids to run around and play in the backyard finally. we were told that even though our backyard now looks like what it is, a half finished job, we got what we had paid for and they have been more than generous and even done us a favor by not charging extra for the things that were all included in the proposal! I'm really sorry that Scott doesn't remember all the things that were discussed and that the proposal was so vaguely written, but we KNOW what was discussed and we were very unhappy with the outcome. Had the communication been better and Scott's customer service and people skills been more on point, I think that this could've most definitely been a 5 star experience. Corey, the owner of the business, was very polite every time talking to him on the phone about our issues but it seems like not everyone is on the same page about A lot of things which I believe just compounds the communication issues. And did I mention, the job is still not done! They didn't even give us a date that they would be coming back. So hopefully they'll be back to finish the job at some point. read more

Initially meeting Steve and Cory, I thought they were both nice and helpful. They claim to have given me a "deal" on the price they charged to cut down the selected tree. I saw them doing other jobs around my neighborhood, so I assumed they would be reliable. Steve offered to "do a little extra" and cut off some limbs on other trees and not charge more. He later attempted to use this against me when I remind him they left the job of clean up and repairing my fence incomplete. - On 4/28 I was set up to have the crew come cut down one tree around 9am (leave the stump) - They never showed up and I was told they didn't finish their previous job in time so they weren't able to make it over. Steve told me they would be over the next day. - 4/29 the crew comes and gets to work on the tree at around 10:30am - I get a call from Steve while at work telling me they broke my chain link fence, but that he was on his way to get a new post and fix it. I told him I was not paying him until my fence was fixed and the job was completed then he proceeds to raise his voice, "WE NEED TO GET PAID". I told him he would have to stop by my house and get it from my family member due to me not getting off work until 8pm. Steve shows up at my house at approximately 8:45pm to get the money. I was unaware he was going to come this late. - Crew did not finish the job that day until about 6-6:30pm - The crew left debris on my roof and never came to clean it up. - The chain link part of my fence was put back up, however the fence post is still broken in half and has not been replaced. - I have asked on separate occasions; 5/3 texted Steve, 5/11 texted Steve- both times said he would be over that day or following day and never showed up. Called the manager: 5/6 Cory said that the issue would be taken care of later that day. Never completed. Never specified who would do it. - Now 5/14 and not only has the crew not finished cleaning up but they have left part of my fence damaged. I have asked just to be given money for repair and I would do it myself and they keep saying they will get it taken care of. - On top of this unprofessional behavior, mostly from Steve who I've been in contact with, he has also been highly inappropriate. He has made sexual comments to me as well as saying things to me in regards to my mother. These comments have not been encouraged or welcomed. Examples- Stating if I went out to dinner with him he might get me a better deal on the tree removal. When mentioning that I have a boyfriend, saying that it doesn't matter. Stating I "look so innocent". Sharing how long it's been since he has been physically intimate with anyone. I do not suggest this crew to anyone due to them being unreliable and unprofessional in my case. I apologize to anyone on this crew who is possibly now appearing guilty by association, but this situation has been quite an annoyance and stressful to me, so I needed to speak about it. read more

It was by chance that we had them trim our tree. They were working on the trees across the road and I sent my husband over for an estimate. They came over and described exactly what they would do with our tree and how much it would cost. After they finished across the street a few hours later they came over and started on ours. They are very polite, professional young men and definitely knew what they were doing. They cleared several dead branches out of our tree including one over a power line. They were very efficient and did a super job with the clean up afterwards as well. We will definitely be calling them again in the future. read more
