This time when they arrived, we were told the current business owner procured this business from Bauermeister in 2022. The actual trimming was fine but there was NO cleanup. They left a rake so were told to get the rake and call us back about the cleanup. The person answering the phone said she would let the (new) owner know and someone would get back to us. Someone came during the night and picked up the rake but NO response about the cleanup. The deck, front yard, back yard and roof were a mess. They also broke a flower pot and never told us. We had already told them we would remove the stacked limbs ourselves so that saved them some work, but they knew (and had been told) cleanup was included in the price. We will be looking for a new tree trimming company.

I did not hire Onsite. I am a direct neighbor to a property they worked on. The tree they cut down…read morewas close to the property line so I expect accidents to happen. My yard now has deep pits from parts of the tree falling, deep enough to bottom out my riding mower. They did not bother to fill in the pits. Property line was damaged enough that water runoff from neighbors property is now flooding down my house. They damaged my wife's raised bed garden smashing some of her plants. They removed that branch that had fallen but did not bother to tell us. When confronted about it they asked if we wanted to talk to a supervisor to which we said yes. No supervisor showed. The next day we found a half dead replacement plant in a bucket by our garden. Called the office to speak to owner but never received a call back. Very unprofessional business practices in my opinion. Again I did not hire them for any work but i certainly paid a price.
