I have received 2 orders and both contained vapes that did not work. I've contacted General Vape several times requesting a refund or replacement, but I have yet to get a response. I've been trying to contact this company for over 2 months now. I'm sitting on $60.00 worth of vapes that do not work. I'd give them a -5 rating if i could. This company is a scam and highly suggest you avoid placing any orders with them! Looks can be very deceiving. Came here today to upgrade my vaping needs. General Vape opened about 6 weeks ago and I have been by several times. I finally had a chance to check them out. Upgraded to an MVP 20W Mod, it has a larger adjustable battery which goes from 6.0 to 20 watts in 5 watt increments. It is the next step up for me and means less charging (I was told it will now be every 5 to 6 days by Paul, one of the staff members there). He was very helpful and very patient, as I have been to a few of these places now and I have an idea of what I want. Not much into the dripping/juicing scene it is too much high maintenance for me. With the changing of coils, cottons and constantly charging the battery. This way I will charge every couple of days and as long as I hit the on/off switch, I am good to go. When you first walk in, it is a lot smaller than other vape shops. But, they have an enormous selection of nicotine juices from menthol, non-menthol, desserts and yes, fruits and breakfast cereals. On a personal note, it has been awhile but I downgraded to 3mg of nicotine. I felt comfortable that it was the time. Tried several different flavors and settled on 5, 4 in 3 mg and 2 in 0mg. I doubled up one flavor to mix in hopefully at the end when down grading to 0. Minus one star for a small selection of accessories. Overpriced. I went in not knowing anything about Vapes and they took advantage of that. After I got home thinking I got a great deal and checked the stuff online, I felt extremely ripped off. Everything should have came out to about $125 but I was charged $200. Very disappointed and they have no return policy either. Don't Shop here....they are awful...purchased a tank and it started leaking after 2 days and I took it back and they wouldn't replace it. Told me that didn't see it leaking and to come back with my own juice and they'll test it. Two trips back and forth with them and not resolved. I got beat for 40 dollars and then telling me all of tanks leak no matter what brand. read more

Went into this store with little to no knowledge of vaping. I've been smoking cigarettes for about 7 years, and wanted to find a cleaner alternative. I went into the store and asked for the best vape I could buy for my price range and trusted their opinion. The vape turned out to be fantastic, and had amazing reviews online after I did research. Basically they know their stuff quite well. The eJuice selection they have is also top shelf, highly rated brands.
