I had a really disappointing experience at this cigar lounge back in February. My husband and I…read morestopped in while waiting for his car to be serviced, and from the moment we walked in, the attendant's attitude was rude and off-putting. He immediately made a snide comment about if we're going to be there we had to purchase a cigar which I did and then continued to make such comments when my husband was going to smoke his own cigar which he already had. After my husband stepped outside when he came back in the attendant continued making comments about sitting there and using the WiFi, saying that if we were going to sit there, we BOTH needed to buy a cigar. That assumption alone was frustrating--especially since I was using my own hotspot and not their WiFi at all. The way it was handled came across as obnoxious and unwelcoming especially since I purchased 3 cigars in total. On top of that, the cigar selection was nothing special. I've definitely seen much better elsewhere, so there wasn't even a redeeming factor there. The space itself is also very small, with limited seating--you're basically sitting on top of other people, which makes for an uncomfortable experience. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, unimpressive selection, and cramped environment means I will NEVER visit this place again.

Plenty of TV sets around for any sport's night. Plenty of lockers for the regulars. It is so easy to get here from either the Northern State Pkwy, Expressway or Northern Blvd with ample parking. They have a terrific humidor room with an outstanding variety of high-end and not so high-end cigars. There is something for everyone and all reasonably priced. They even a couple of seats in the back of the humidor room to sit, relax, hang with some friends and chat. What was easy to notice was the amazing ventilation system throughout. It really make a stay better when you're not sitting in the middle of a cloud. I recommend this shop for all us cigar aficionados out there. Sit back, relax and enjoy the smoke. I have used MKC for years and I am always disappointed. They always take longer than have promised…read morewith low quality. I bought many things from MKC and there were always issues. I got a zip up that was needed for my little's reveal and almost didn't come in on time. I had to constantly be emailing and saying I needed it by a specific date, even if it costs more. When the zip up did come, it was missing half of the customizations and they refused to offer any compensation, besides a refundfor the ones they forgot to add. I got my little a jersey and the custom fabric is $30 for each side, amounting to $60. It is ridiculous, but i did it because no one else has the specialty fabric that can be used on our letters, and I really do like the specialty fabrics. I luckily did not have a rush on it, and did some customizations at a different greek apparel store, so I didn't have any issues until I got it. The quality was extremely poor for the amount of money that was spent on it. There were lose threads, the fabric wan't flat when it was sewn on, and overall it looked /messy/. I got my other little a jersey from another Greek apparel company and it was much better quality. Now, I have recently ordered two line jackets with just a few customizations. Their production time was listed as two weeks. It was ordered 2/11. It is now 3/5. The jackets have not even been shipped out yet. I do not mind it it takes a long time, I completely understand because it is all customized, however, I would just like to be told if it will take longer than expected. I asked when I first placed the order i asked If I can receive the jackets by the first week of March and they said it was "possible". Why would you tell me it was possible if it wasn't . It is not even shipped yet. I like the look of MKC and how they make the letters, and there are also not many greek apparel shops to choose from, but I think the pro's are outweighing the cons at this point. I recommend literally any other custom greek letter company over MKC Threads.
