I called them and within a couple of days they came out on Thurs, gave me a quote (and a VERY fair quote), and were here Saturday to cut the tree down. They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.

The first company we called could not come but called Big Branch for us. The owner called us back and sent a crew over right away. They removed that tree and four more for us. The crew was professional and efficient. They completed the work in a couple of hours, it would have taken us days. We told our son about our experience and to our surprise Big Branch Tree Service had assisted him when he lived in Florida. Our son, like us, had a very positive experience.
