So after adding all 3 boots to my cart (AFTER shipping AND taxes) it was $264... WHAT. They overprice their merch THAT much. Being a "local Business" my husband always buys local and he realizes you're gonna be paying a little more to support local but for almost $150 cheaper he could get them STRAIGHT from the manufacture. Since they didn't have my size and SHE mislead HIM we tried to return them. When I asked her to return them she slams her hand on her desk where a hand written (in markers that had to have been there for years because of it being half faded and torn) piece of copy paper that said "no refunds." what am I supposed to do with a youth size 7 that's equivalent to a women 8.5 when I wear a womens 6?!?! so I went back and told my husband she wouldn't do anything so he went BACK in and just asked her his check back and she could just have all her shoes back and then magically she NOW has my size? Very disappointed in this local business. very over priced and not friendly and by our experience today not very knowledgeable. Don't recommend Werner's shoes and boots in Cullman.

I walked into the store and asked for help finding these shoes. The lady had no idea what I was talking about. I pulled up their website to show her it is listed on their website. I asked to speak to a manager and he also had no idea what I was talking about. Basically I wasted a trip and the 2 employees in the store aren't educated with their stock or website. Will not be back
