I hired T2 Construction in March 2025 for a simple detached garage build. At first, they seemed…read moregreat. Three months in: I had no permits, no blueprints, no materials, and multiple unfilled promises to show up. There was always an excuse as why work couldn't begin. After obtaining counsel, we legally terminated our contract and asked for a refund. Not only is T2 refusing to return any of my $40K deposit; they are refusing to provide receipts for materials, labor or expenses. Apparently, T2 stands for "terrible thieves". I'm happy to provide proof of all statement made here. 7 days after termination of contract, thank God I reach out to Jeremy at Joat Services LLC. He cut me a great deal, and completed more in 4 days (in the rain) than the entire time we employed T2's services. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Save yourself the headache AND future trips to a lawyer - go with anybody else.

The work came in on estimate and the quality of the work is of the highest standards. The deck's supports are very sturdy and the stairs end on a concrete slab they installed. To say we are pleased with it is an understatement. I can't recommend them enough and we are planning on hiring them for several more projects in the near future.

The job they said would take 1.5 days took them 2 weeks! They left my house a complete mess with holes in drywall, ripped paint off the walls, gaps between wall and flooring... stairs were installed absolutely improperly. I called crying my eyes out to Freed's Floors (guys that hire this people) they send another person to fix all that Tatum did. Most unprofessional company I've ever seen! I have pictures if interested!

Jamar is not a bad person and his work is not what this lady is saying it is. First off existing drywall does not matter in terms of lvp. Second off pre existing trim will have gaps if another product was in before the lvp so you are completely in the wrong lady. Jamar has worked his ass off to get where he is. I dare anyone to work as hard ash and let me know how you feel at the end of every week. His work speaks for itself and comments shouldn't define him. Give him a shot and you will see. On another note jamar does not make a habit out of showing up late on a regular basis as I have personally worked beside of him and seen the truth. Jamar thank you for the chance to tell the truth and also work along side you learn and grow to be what I am today.
