I stepped in and worked with them because I was on a time line and consequently, the job was done but at a cost of more than $100 per hour per man (excluding my time). When the owner came by for payment, I told him the workers would not perform as per his bid and he arrogantly and condescendingly said he had plenty of work and that I was whining. Whining - that I expected him to perform as he bid. No ethics, no integrity, go elsewhere.
