I get the sanitization, but the baskets under the top two are not being cleaned and can you wipe them off please? Made it almost all of the way through the store and could not find something I needed, not a single employee had asked me if I needed help though they walked by, in front of and behind me doin what they were doing. Finally flagged someone down who was cruising by me, asked for something and she took me right to it and was very friendly. I checked out and left, underwhelmed but not overly discouraged. being so small I would have expected them to do more to ensure the customer experience was better due to the competition they have in town - I would not let that experience deter me from returning though....

This small country store has more guns and ammo than some of the highly touted big city stores. New shipments come in all the time and they are willing to put you on a watch list for that certain gun you have been looking for. It is definitely worth the drive. You will not be disappointed. Our last encounter with Kyle was regarding a battery that gave out on us as we tried to head out to Fargo. I jumped my car and got it running and was going to get it taken care of in Fargo. I called Kyle to get necessary information about my battery he said, "Why don't you drive over here first rather than getting it taken care of in Fargo, you might save having trouble on the way?" How often do you encounter folks that put the customer first as Kyle did. Of course when got to the Alexandria store Kyle was waiting and we were on our way soon thereafter.
