Compared to other local boutiques we visited, this seemed noticeably lower quality. They do have trendy pieces, but the quality and price did not align. I also found the shopping experience to be overwhelming. They have SO many clothes that it makes it hard to actually find something you like because your eyes are darting between so many racks and items on a rack. That said, the employees were friendly and greeted us. Parking was fairly easy on the street right out front.

Disappointing - My daughter had decided she wanted to get a new car. She did her research and…read moredecided the Subaru Forster was the car for her so she contacted the local dealer in our area which is R&G Subaru in Detroit Lakes MN. A friend of mine had also recommended them. The dealer did not have any stock of the car my daughter wanted so she put some money down to put a hold on one scheduled to arrive in a couple of weeks. When it came time for pricing negotiation the dealer stated they were not budging on the MSRP as they don't have any issues selling them at that price. My daughter and I decided to she if this was the case at all Subaru dealer and went to the dealership in Moorhead MN. After speaking with the sales person at the Moorhead dealer we decided to look at some numbers, when they brought their first pricing deal they had already reduced the sell price of the vehicle without any negotiations having taken place. My daughter asked if there was anymore room on the selling price and they came down a little more and we moved forward with them on the lease of a new Forester. Afterwards my daughter had contacted R&G about getting her deposit back and they said they would only give her half, disappointing that they would do that since they don't seem to have any issues selling that model to begin with. Disappointing as I would have liked to buy at the local dealer but you can bet we won't be back for any other business with them.

The salespeople were honest, straightforward, didn't use any cliche tactics, offered a fair price for the vehicle, and didn't resort to bait-and-switch tactics that some unnamed Fargo and Grand Forks dealerships used when working with me. I would do business with R & G Subaru again.

I picked up my dogs on last grooming and groomer said she nicked mole on face and a nick on leg. She pointed to leg and I didn't really see anything but when I got home I was shocked my dog did not have a "nick" but a huge gaping gash. I contacted owner which she immediately sent a statement saying they are not liable for any accidents or injuries. She said I signed for that. I have not signed any paper only receipts when I pay. The right thing to do was to let me know how serious the gash was and not say it was a nick. The reason why I more than likely did not see much of anything was when the owner called today she said they glued it shut and it must have popped open. You heard me.... they glued my pet shut. She was rude and really didn't care about her customer or my pet. My son started to record her on iPad because she was extremely unprofessional and rude. I could barely get a word in unless I talked over her because she was yelling at me. I told her she was not a nice person. Immediately after I hung up she called me again but I rejected and it went to voicemail. Her voicemail: "Just to let you know Miss Cxxxxc that it is against the law to record somebody's conversation without giving them heads up before the conversation starts so if you post this I will get a lawyer and I will sue you for slander plus I did not say anything incorrect I was nice up until you started slamming on me about my business so um that's the end of my conversation until my lawyer speaks to you goodbye..." I guess she thinks "slamming on her about her business " is when I said that was not right what they did. My dog should have had immediate vet attention and they should have done the right thing. You need to make your own choice on where to go. I will NEVER shop there again or have my pets groomed there. The groomer made a mistake. They should have paid vet bill and the owner should not treat a customer like she did. So they lost my business.

Having placed an order for a refrigerator we called the store when after several weeks we hadn't been notified. They told us they couldn't fill the order! This is one of the few places in Detroit Lakes to by appliances. With as bad as this store has become, we won't be shopping here again.
