I kept getting the old I'll give you a call back on this only to never get a call back and have no idea where we stood on the project. I would send him emails because that was a simple way to communicate and be able to send pictures and then he would not respond. I called and told him I sent him an email and then he would go...ummm oh look there it is, as if he never saw the email and that he was just clueless on the situation. From our initial communication to the quote, drop-off, pick-up, and invoicing, everything went as smoothly as silk. Steve is an excellent communicator and even sent me a couple of pictures along the way so I could see the progress. He also went the extra mile and was able to tighten the table up a bit, making it considerably less wobbly. The finished table looks absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I was a walk in and Frankie came right over to help me. I explained what had happened and he asked me to kind of hang around while he helped people with appointments. He worked me in, in between other people, and did everything he could to try to help fix my phone. In the end, he was unable to help me but he did help me set up my new Apple ID (boy did that hurt) and got me back logged into to my phone.
