Was greeted at the door, phone was fixed quickly, within an hour, and for a reasonable price. They took the time to show me hot to protect the phone going forward - really above and beyond. Frustratingly, the new screen failed just a few days later (from what I can find online this can happen). I contacted them on Yelp and they responded positively within hours. I had just found Cottone Auctions on line. I was very inquisitive and requested information on an…read moreEgyptian sarcophagus that was for sale. There was no clear cut provenance on this particular piece. However, they went out of their way to insure me that it was real as a result of the other high end bidders. They did not reveal their identity but assured me that those in the industry had assured them of the authenticity. They also sent me links on similar items that helped reassure me. After I won the auction piece they were able to make special arrangements for delivery since the piece was extremely fragile. I also looked at their Tiffany selection which I thought was very good. Their bid fees are very reasonable in comparison to some other auction houses. I will use them again.

Update: They were busy with an auction and eventually replied. Then asked me to remove my review. Since I don't know how to remove it, I have added 2 stars. Which says they are A-ok. As I have not really worked with them I can't really review them.
