I have had my two SUVs with them since they opened on Cantrell. Purchased the one year Platinum level for both. Easy to drop in on the way from work or on the weekend. One is silver and the other is white. Both sparkle. No issues with the service or office. read more

Waste of my time and money. Went there specifically because they have the shampoo and fragrance machine for seats, only to find that it was broken after paying $18 for a Gold level car wash. I have a big dog who made a mess in my backseat and had to go elsewhere to clean it up afterwards. I wouldn't have been so upset if the car wash itself did a good job, but it left scratches along the side of the car and took paint spots off the hood. Oh, and, there was no one at the payment station so I couldn't even use the $5 off Yelp coupon I received for checking in on this app. Not impressed. read more

Effortless experience. Drive up, pay and get carried through. Car goes in dirty, comes out clean with shined tires. Just went this past weekend, two guys manning the entrance, cleaned front and back of my car as I entered the car wash and car came out spotless. It isn't always 100%...sometimes a tad bit of dirt survives around your license plate, but I'm not that picky...if you are, hand wash your car. Best part of Genesis other than it's quick and easy is when it's 40 degrees outside and your car is nasty and you can go through and come out with a clean car without braving the elements to do it yourself. read more

At this point I give this car wash a one star review. I took my car through this location yesterday and I was quite surprised at how my car looked the same or equivalent to how it looked when I first drove up. I paid for the $13 wash and it literally ran some water over my car and dried it off and send me about my way. My car is white though, it wasn't until leaving the car wash with my wife's black vehicle that I really got to see how this car wash is just running thru cars and totally not cleaning them at all. I got home and was ready to park when I saw this well defined dirt line on the HOOD of my wife's vehicle. To have spent $26 in the last two days here at this car wash and come out nothing close to satisfied is Terrible. I will post pictures for the viewing public. read more

Please open a location in Memphis. Unfortunately, all we have is Car Express...and they are terrible. I purchased the Gold wash and my car looks amazing. Whoever designed these was(is) a genius. The vacuums are amazing, you don't have to worry about whether it will reach because there is one on each side along with a compressed air sprayer. The only reason I didn't give you 6 stars is because only 5 were available. If I lived here I would definitely be a monthly member. You cannot get this value anywhere else. read more

Definitely was super excited to use this car wash! My car was dirtier than I usually let my car get, but no mud mainly just dirt from the various construction zones around town. I selected the $18 package and unfortunately when I got out of the carwash there were dirty water marks all over my car. I understand my car had dirt on it, but it was unfortunate to have to go wash my car by hand to remove the dirty water marks. This could also be caused by a larger truck with mud all over it going in before me, which is nothing to do with the car wash at all. My car is extremely white with black accents so any small dirt does show up worse than on a typical car, I will be back to give it another shot. Convenient full service carwash always clean and friendly!!! The coin operated carwash located by Kohls recently increased their prices and you have to get out of the car and do the washing yourself. For about the same price this is the premium way to go it gets much cleaner for so much less effort. read more

Visited on a Sunday Morning because they only offer detailing service on Sundays. Waited over 90 mins for my car to get done. No one in front or behind me waiting. They said they weren't obligated to do the wheels and tires but he would hook me up ‍ The car wasn't clean at all. Weather guard mats still dirty, windows streaked and dirty, the car smelled, pretty sure the nicked the leather in the passenger seat in two spots, and I had to ask them to take the car through the wash to clean the outside. Charged me $63 for that. Super unfortunate. And made sure I knew I could leave a tip since they had hooked me up. Total waste. Never again. read more

October 12, 2022 a chrome piece to my 2011 Infiniti G37 came off in the carwash. Since then, I've been led to believe that the piece was on order and being replaced. Much to my surprise, yesterday I learned that they are saying it must have had previous damage. Being the only driver of this vehicle, I know that is not true. Got back from 15 hour drives to Florida and back and after nearly a week of my windshield being caked with bugs, I came to Genesis to wash my car. I bought the Silver car wash ($13) and am extremely impressed! Other car washes usually leave at least a few bugs, but my windshield is crystal clear after this wash! Road trips can do some serious bug damage to your car so I was not expecting this, especially buying the second cheapest wash. The servicemen also scrub the front and back of your car before you enter the wash. I will definitely be returning. read more

I wanted to try out this new car wash today since it's closer than Boomerang or the one on Highway 10. When I saw the price I thought it was crazy highly, but gave it a try anyways. Needless to say my car is still dirty. I didn't notice before I left because I was vacuuming in the shade. Silly me didn't get a receipt when I purchased and when I try to call the number stays engaged. Next time I'll drive the extra mile up the road for a much better car wash at a better price. When I drove in, not sure really where to go, went to the kiosk machine, selected the $18.00 Gold wash, drove up, went through, thought maybe someone would be on otherside, no one, parked, went inside office, found no one there, so I just vaccumed out my car myself and left. So I pass by this place almost daily and decided to give it a try the other day. At that specific time when I pulled in and got ready to select my wash and pay there was a sign that read cash only visible after you've pulled up. Well, as most people have noted, they are pretty proud of their wash at Genesis, and I didn't have $20 cash on me for the wash. Luckily no one had pulled in behind me however it was still pretty difficult to get out had you changed your mind for any number of reason (price, not working, not open etc) Then brings me to giving it the second shot. I pulled up selected the wash and then spent the next 15 min waiting to get the machine to first detect the card and then process it. The attendant finally realized after the first 5 that myself and the car next to me were having issues. After finally getting it to work I drove through the wash and didn't have the time anymore to test out the Vac. But when I got out of my vehicle at home I noticed dirt and dust still on the back of my suv all over the bumper and license plate. Overall it appears to be a really nice set up but it is an over priced, low quality wash with technical issues. read more

This car wash was amazing. We took our car to get it washed and wow did it look like a new car . I've never heard of using compressed air to clean your car but it actually worked!! Slip I wanted was to go to a great carwash and have sand and salt removed after our latest snow. When I saw the price, I thought it was kind of expensive but also figured it would be worth it for my Lexus! I couldn't figure out what you got for the different choices. I decided to get the best one. Then I pull up to the payment machine and couldn't figure out anything. After studying the different ways to pay, I realized you had to be a member! Forget that! Why would I buy a membership before I was able to test the waters so to speak??? Or, why would I but a membership since I may not need to wash my car every week or even once a month. I don't drive it that often. I ended up backing out and going down the road to a much user friendly carwash that was easy less expensive and with great customer satisfaction! read more

The wash left a thick film on my hood. During the wash, I'd noticed that the rinse stopped before the soap was all gone, so I spoke with a manager about the problem and he suggested that I hand wash the car. His tone was aggressive when I asked if the film was due to wash malfunction. This isn't the first problem that I've had with the equipment at this wash, but it's the first time an employee has raised his voice. I don't expect detail-level work from a $18 wash, but this place has fallen short of expectations too many times. read more
